I ordered 2 Christmas trees on November 12th from https://www.gussetvamp.com/. When my tracking said the package had been delivered what was delivered was a $5 package of face mask. Not 2 Christmas trees. When I tried to call and complain the phone was always busy. So when I emailed them they offered a %60 refund which I never got.

They dont respond to me for a wrong item
I ordered a 60inch Christmas wreath for $55.00 and they sent me sunglasses. I tried emailing them for 2wks and they dont respond. I even sent pictures of item and told them i wanted my Christmas wreath or money back and they still don't respond.
