The unlocked phone was purchased with an outstanding balance.
Unlocking such a device could prove to be complicated.
Nevertheless, Gurusunlock proved to be patient persistent and supr- professional. I always received a reply to my questions (and I was in contact with Gurusunlock quite a lot) but was told up front that what I requested may be difficult. It took a few weeks but it was worth the wait. The phone was unlocked and now it is fully functional. I would like to stress that I made previous attempts with at least two unlockers that did not succeed. Thus, in both achieving what is required and giving an excellent accessible service along the way – Gurusunlock deserve ALL the credits!
