I have had good experiences with this company, I have ordered much ammo prior to covid, and their prices were always competitive and delivery was always expeditious.
I have also ordered magazines, while it took a while to get these, their prices were competitive and when I ordered a firearm, and realized I should not have, they had it shipped back from the ffl and refunded 100% of money on the purchase.
I feel that covid has turned everything upside down in this life, but I feel comfortable that if I do order from Gunsmidwest, the orders will be fulfilled.

I ordered a pistol on 7/31/20. They had the lowest price I could find, so I figured it was worth a shot. I got a confirmation email and my card was charged same day.

By 8/6/20, my order was still processing. I emailed them to see if everything was OK. I received no response.

I emailed them again on 8/10/20. No response.

I emailed them again on 8/12/20. No response.

I called them on 8/12/20. Straight to voicemail, no call back.

This company is a joke. They clearly don't have any desire to provide good customer service. If there was something wrong with my order, all they had to do was respond to any one of my emails. I have had to submit a dispute with my credit card company in order to get a refund.

Avoid Guns Midwest like the plague. Spend a few extra dollars and buy from a more reputable company.

Ordered a new rifle late Friday afternoon picked it up from FFL dealer first thing Tuesday morning. Fastest delivery I ever got from other online gun sales. Good price will buy from them again for sure.

I have made three purchases with these folks and all went well . I had some questions and the staff responded back quickly. I have no reservations about buying from them in the future.

Great experience and fast shipping in this e-commerce focus world during the pandemic.

I like to patronize local businesses but this one is too risky. Very shady operation with complete lack of communication. I have made several firearm related purchased from small and medium businesses during the "epidemic" with no issues and reasonable shipping / communication. I ordered an optic on 4/10 with an expected 14 day shipping delay. 4/30 no optic shipped, and can't get a response from them. Everything is an automated response. I will never do business with them again and will file as many complaints as I can. All I wanted was a response and a refund…

I ordered some parts on 4/2/20. A week later I got an email from them claiming my order was a fraudulent purchase. Contacted them and got that settled, they processed the order. After another 2 weeks I contacted them and they said it should be shipping. It has been 30 days and nothing. They took my money, will be contacting the FTC and filing a complaint.

UPDATE: Money was returned…what a waste of time!!!

This company does not have their act together. Over 17 day no pistol. Got a refund minus $6. Stay away from them. Buy elsewhere.

Great job keeping commitment. Ordered a Game rifle and and despite the corona virus craziness, Guns midwest kept met their delivery commitment. Emails were promptly returned. will definitely do business with them again.

Bought a few things without issue but the one time there was an issue they didn't want to know so I'll be taking my money elsewhere from now on

From what I have seen these guys can be really hit or miss. I suspect that most of the "misses" are when they don't actually have the product onhand and have to order from a distributor. However, if they do have the product then the price and service are outstanding as was my recent purchase, even in the midst of panic buying they came through with flying colors. I ordered a shotgun and paid for it on 3/4/2020. It is now 3/20/2020 and I can't get a response from this company. Stay far far away from them

I placed an order on Friday, 1/14/20. Had ffl info sent on same day. Following Monday was a holiday. Still received firearm at ffl on Wednesday. Also sent an email with a simple question on Saturday and received a response on Sunday answering my question. It was my 1st time buying a firearm online, will buy from them again. Prices can't be beat.

I have ordered several firearms and accessories from GunsMidwest, I have found their prices lower then most other online gun sales. I have never had any problems and in most instances my firearms were shipped fast to my FFL. I highly recommend them and plan on continuing ordering from them.

So far not very confident with doing business with this company. Ordered an AR over $2,000 over a week ago and have not received any contact about shipping my item.

I buy many guns every year and usually am notified throughout the process. Usually they are sent out within a week at the latest from the other companies I use. I feel like Gunsmidwest鈥檚 processes are lacking or they need more help in their store to provide better customer service. I have reached out twice and they won鈥檛 provide me with an estimated shipping date which worries me.

As of now, I would advise to do business elsewhere. We will see how long it takes to get my AR10. So far, not impressed.

Bad customer service.
Ordered something December 31 2019. It is January 12 2020 and have yet to get an update about my order. Have emailed, called and left voicemails and haven鈥檛 heard from them. Filling a claim with my bank.

on 10/8/2018 I ordered a smith and Wesson .357 magnum model 686 deluxe 5" barrel. Guns Midwest had the best price and I received it in good time to my ffl. It's a beautiful shooter excellent purchase . Thanks Guns Midwest . On November 29,2019 I recently ordered a .44 magnum CVA break open rifle made in Spain-they know how to make very good barrels in Spain . Again , Guns Midwest has the best prices. I'll be back if they have something else I would like to purchase !

I ordered sights for a CZ P10C, October 23. I sent a money order via US mail. Twice I tried to get a status on my order. Calling them is useless. They do not answer the phone and ask you go contact them via email. So I tried twice to get a status onmy order using email and they did not reply.

It is not November 5 and no reply.

Stay away from this company. I will never order from them again.

I ordered my firearm early Monday morning and I was kinda hesitant because I never purchased a firearm online. I got my FFL to email them to confirm they were licensed and they shipped my gun the same day. I just received it today (Tuesday). I was amazed how fast it got here and it鈥檚 in perfect condition. I will be doing business again real soon. I also recommend GunsMidWest to anybody.

I came across a Guns Midwest ad for a pistol i had been looking at on another website, they had it for 50.00 dollars cheaper than i found anywhere else, so i ordered it. Then i read the reviews and thought i probably messed up . the review said you can not call and get in touch with anyone ,and they where right i got the recording . so the review said e-mails went unanswered, i thought what the heck i will try anyway i wrote an e-mail with in 10 minutes i got a response about where to send a copy of my FFL license and payment i sent a check to save money . and just like they have printed in their web site 5 days after you payment clears the ship your order.during the course of this transaction i e mailed them 3 times and within 20 minutes i got a response every time. i got my order in within 2 weeks and am very happy with it.it came with everything the other sites offered, the only thing Guns Midwest skimped on was the price .i am very happy with them and will order again. i do not know why you got other bad reviews. Unresponsive support. Poor quality of firearm delivered to me no quality checks here.

I ordered a gun from gunsmidwest on September 16th. I have no complaints on the ordering process or shipment time. When I received the gun, I took it out to shoot and had some issues with it cycling and the firing pin. I did not feel like this was gunsmidwest issue but a manufacturing issue, so I contacted the manufacturer and sent gun off myself. After receiving the gun back from manufacturer I took it out to test fire again. SAME ISSUES! Again, I do not feel this was a gunsmidwest issue, but I did turn to their return, exchange or store credit policy. I feel like I received a lemon gun and did not want to spend a small fortune in shipping gun back and forth to manufacturer. On Thursday September 12th I called gunsmidwest and left a voice message. I also created a return request on their website. My request was for help with the issue, a new gun or at the least a store credit. On their website, for return requests, they state a response will be given within 24 to 48 hrs. On Tuesday September 17th (well over 48hrs) I still did not have a response via email or voice call. The same day I emailed them through their address listed on website and received a response that they would get with manufacturer and let me know what I need to do. I have talked to manufacturer numerous times and they always answer within their business hours. I feel like gunsmidwest has not attempted to contact them. It is now Friday September 20th and I still have not heard back from gunsmidwest. I have now had a gun for over one month and it has not been functional at all. With no answers or help from the place of purchase I feel I'm going to be forced to spend more money in the gun than I should. This is the 2nd gun I have ever ordered online and it will be the last. Buy local and spend a lil extra money! If not, you may end up spending even more money and your valuable time.

Was searching for the new S&W Performance Center M&P 380 Shield EZ in silver. I could not find very many and, those I did, were not worth purchasing online versus waiting for our local gun club to get one in鈥?until I ran into Guns Midwest. They had a screaming deal on it. I held my breath that they would really have it and ordered it on a Monday evening. My FFL emailed his info within the hour. On Wednesday I received notice from USPS they had it in their possession. (At this point I let out a sigh of relief, but was still holding my breath a bit until I actually received it and was really what I ordered. The price was THAT good!) On Friday it was in my FFL鈥檚 possession and I headed right over. Sure enough, it was exactly what I ordered! I am totally pleased with Guns Midwest! (FWIW鈥?I got back onto Guns Midwest鈥檚 site on Tuesday morning, and they were showing out-of-stock on this gun. Whew!) I will definitely check Guns Midwest in mind for future purchases.

1st time I bought from this company. I ordered on a late Friday, order shipped the following Monday, arrived at my FFL on Tuesday and had in my hands that Thursday. Excellent service from start to finish. The only issue there was a couple of blemishes with the cerakote on the slide but that is a manufacturers issue.

Will purchase through them again and highly recommend.

I ordered ammo and my check was processed over 30 days ago…order still shows pending…i've emailed multiple times and even called and still cannot get an update on my order! Send me my money back or ship my order!
