I have purchased a few items from them and the customer service was amazing.
I have requested something specific related to my order and they were more than happy to accommodate me, going above and beyond.
If an item ends up being slightly more expensive than other places or direct from Japan, I would still highly recommend them. Sometimes it is worth paying slightly more to receive better customer service:)
I will have to see what happens after Brexit with shipping and taxes to the UK.
