GUNNAR Optiks Nordic

I have so far had a horrible experience purchasing from this web shop, and I am yet to receive my order which is paid for. I am currently wonder if this web shop even exists of if it is just a scam. I made an order for a pair of gunnar glasses via their webshop 3 weeks ago. Seeing as their website states shipping takes 1-5 days I after 2 weeks became curious as to where my order is. I eventually found out it is completely impossible to get in contact with them and now I have nothing more to do than just wait and hope it comes.

I first tried to get in contact via their website where they have a web based chat program where I could leave a message and they can reply to me via my email.I then waited a day and wrote a email to them after not hearing from them. I waited a day again then rang to there telephone number where a person told me that Gunnars is not in the office and they will take a message and ring back. After not hearing from them again the next day I sent a second email. And then the following day I rang to them AGAIN where another person in the office said that Gunnars is currently busy, they will take a message and ring back to me.

I have never been more frustrated with a web shop before in my life. If it wasn't for the fact that Gunnars.com transfers me to Gunnars.no then I would have thought this web shop is a scam. Hopefully my order will arrive before the end of the month as I soon am moving and it will not be possible for me to collect my order from this address.
