Reacting time on my e-mails is short.

First time using them. The website has been constantly down preventing me from checking my tracking. Ordered 13th June and it is apparently being delivered 29th. Ok I ordered a painting extra given I don鈥檛 have a UKARA but still. Long time to wait. The response from the retailer from my emails has been non existent. Think I will consider a Uk seller going forward for the small saving I made.

Very fast delivery. Packing wasn't not so good the bullet jammer thingy was broken. doesnt do anything on a bb gun so i dont mind. Just add some foam to bottom of specna arms gun cases next time to prevent this from happening looking forward to order more stuff from your store.

Ordering from Britain and lots of confusion re who the couriers were. Parcel eventually being given to an unspecified neighbour! Not the pick up location.
Given free postage on my next order for all that hassle.
Second order, given the chance to correct what could only be a web site glich as I never ordered what I was sent and no reply to my enquiry.
Will be thinking twice…..
