I ordered a leather Jack and Jones jacket. But when I start the Paypal payment, there went something wrong. It looked like the order was completed succesful but without a payment.
So I sent Guna an e-mail with the question if I could pay again, so my order will be completed.
Three days later I receive a reply that I have to place my order again.
But because the jacket was the last piece, it wasn鈥檛 available in the store anymore. I replied to their email with this information and I asked if they could cancel my order so that I could find the jacket in the stock again.
One day later I received an automatic e-mail with the order update (ready for shipping) and a Paypal link to complete my payment.
Unfortunitaly this link was broken, so I couldn鈥檛 do anything.
Again I sent Guna an e-mail. But then I didn鈥檛 receive a response. Two days later I decided to send the e-mail again. After that, still no reaction.
Four days later again I sent an e-mail. This time I said I would cancel my order because I was waiting for more than one week to complete my order (without receiving any help)
Two days later I tried again. Again with no result.
Three days later I tried for the last time. But, like I excpected, still no response.
That鈥檚 it. It looks like they won鈥檛 sell anything. I waited for two weeks, I鈥檝e sent seven e-mails in total. They鈥檝e sent one e-mail in total.
I strongly recommend not to buy anything at Guna.de. They can鈥檛 help you with your order, they don鈥檛 communicate. Again, I was never that disappointed before and I still can鈥檛 believe they don鈥檛 reply to any e-mail.
