Ordered may 2nd and never got it. They blame covid but every other package I've ordered from other companies since has come right on time

I order an item during the pandemic and I never got it. I had to email the company and they than responded its on its way. When I got it the item didn鈥檛 work and it looked like a toy. Very poor quality. No customer service assistance.

I actually did receive my order.. But the context of the item was silicone multi bundt pan set. Then the description stated it was a total of 13 silicone baking pans. All diff kinds!!! I only received 1 egg shaped bundt pan. Not even the one from the pic!! And now i try to go contact the company and the company is unavailable online.. Has been for mons actually, but i have contacted them several times before and got some auto message about mail being late and no refund. I wouldn't suggest anyone buy from this company. Oh and these reviews aren't on their website! I always read reviews and didnt see any bad ones there!! I should've stayed w Amazon!

I never get my order since January 2020. How's awful it is, they got my money but no product at all? Please refund it or else send my order. My Order number GUM208695.

Placed an order on 18 January 2020. Still have not recieved my items. I've emailed several times. It takes about 2+ weeks for them to respond and tell me that my order is their top priority and they will look into it. Don't waste your money!

Ordered 2 shirts Over a month ago. Never received shipping information or the items. Sent 2 emails to company with no response.

Don't buy anything from this business it's bad business practices. I am business owner and this business has bad business practices. They have many complaints. I also have reported them today to Facebook, IG, Utube. They keep changing names to avoid from being caught. Be ADVISED!!! OF THIS. I placed a order about a month or so ago only to get the order today and it was not what I ordered. I received a small box of multicolored rhinestones but No Crystal Applicator and the total for this order was $15.98 I sent a Instant message about what I received and want my money reversed back to my debit
card at time of purchase. That order # is GUM212372 JUST AS STATED IN MESSENGER.

To be honest, I have never had a problem with the site and have always received the items, well packed and exactly as they stated they would be. Like all Internet retail I guess there will be ups and downs but I have never yet had any issues with them at all. Things can take their time sometimes due to international shipping which is normally by boat and bulk shipped but that is part of what we must expect in global trade. Not everything will arrive instantly to our door still.

Ordered an item on January 23rd. Still nothing! There has to be a way to report these thieves, or shut them down? Hard to believe so many of us have been taken by these horrible people.We need to do something about this. 馃槧

i ordered something last month for my boyfriend and i still haven鈥檛 even gotten an email. i don鈥檛 know if i鈥檓 more ashamed at the fact that i spent $40 on that fool or i spent $40 on a site literally named gummy choco and didn鈥檛 think twice.

I purchased a product from them online over 5 weeks ago. Still do not have what I paid for. I sent email to them 5 days ago and they still have not responded. I should have known a business with no phone contact was a sham. 馃う馃徑鈥嶁檪锔?

The other posts are all accurate. I have learned a $56.00 lesson. My world is not rocked by losing 56 bucks to a bunch of third world rat eaters, I emphatically urge you to not ever consider this website as anything other than a Chinese profit center, extorting the innocent to build up their Godless souls with ill-gotten wealth. There is a special place in hell for those who run this shakedown racket.

I think this is a scam site…placed two orders back in December and have received nothing! They should be shut down.

I bought pants that looked like lined stretchy jeans online and when I got them they were thin fleece jeggings. After 2 wears the seat literally was falling apart 4 or five holes in the bum. I have picture. I contacted the company and they will not take responsibility. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS

I ordered 3 pairs of heated slippers at a cost of 111.00 Canadian. I placed the order in Nov, it was after Christmas that I realized I did not get them. I sent an email saying they where looking the order. When I did not receive them, I emailed again and was told they where still in shipping. I was lucky and got my order , unfunfortunately they don't work. I have been emailing them for a refund and they will not answer. Please don't buy anything from them.

My order never arrived. They could not even track the shipment. Have emailed them several times and received nothing. Stay away from this company.

Ordered the no rip, no pull tights and the first problem happened when they lost tracking of the shipment and I never received anything. So after I sent customer service a message they re-shipped them (no express so now in total I waited almost 3 months for delivery) and offered me a 20% off coupon for my next purchase, like hell I'm buying anything else from you ever again. Finally received the stockings and instead of a nude beige like I had ordered and the picture showed they were like a purpley brown but whatever if they worked. They DONT! They didn't even last as long as the dollar store tights I usually buy. On the first wear they became discoloured almost "bleach blotchy" around the feet where they sweat (disgusting) and on the second wear I noticed 2 runs starting down the inside of each leg and there is a massive hole in the one foot. Terrible product, terrible customer service. Save your money and just keep buying the dollar store tights so you don't feel like a complete waste having to throw them out every 3 wears, at least it's not $20 a pop. Just more knockoff Chinese products.

I had a visit planned to Vancouver from Dec.13, 2019, to Jan.17, 2020, and placed an order for two Winter Denim Jeggings on Nov. 29, 2019, plenty of time to receive them during my stay. It was very cold and the shipment did not arrive. Since I am already back home, I requested a refund and they did not even respond to my email. I lost my goods and my money and they do not take responsibility. Beware before you order.

I too have fallen victim to this company ….. please be very wary. The fleece leggings are nothing like pictured so trade description should apply for return. I am battling with them at the moment. They do also trade as smiley homey & it鈥檚 taken a week to even get a reply to my email because of the various trading names they use.

I was not happy either. I ordered a product and it took weeks to get here and when it did the quality was so poor, size was ridiculous, you'd have to be a 5 yr old child to fit into the size which was not a medium and they refused to return the product. I should have looked on Trustpilot first before ordering online. Terrible experience.
Companies like this should not be able to advertise in Canada.

SEE AT THE END FOR FOLLOW-UP *** First, I ordered Dec 12, 2019, 3 pairs of blue leggings and 3 pairs of black legging with soft inside fleece etc… Received it Jan 18, 2020 but… only 2 pairs of each color instead of 3 of each. These are not the same quality AT ALL as shown in the publicity. Not as warm as advertized either. Suppose to lift butt up a little and flatten the little fat I have and ppfftt!!! Nothing like that either. Emailed them, and they want me to photo the items received (how are they going to be sure I picture all I received??? Dummies really) and the stickers on the package because they wanna have the tracking number (I've thrown it in the recycle bin already but I ask them to give me a week to get back). Will come back and follow-up how the situation is settled. FOLLOW-UP: Took the photo, the stickers were not readable due to humidity in the recycle bin and sent them an e-mail, Jan 31, 2020, with my unsatisfaction about the jeggins. They answered, Feb 4, 2020, by thanking me for providing the proof required and to give them the time to see what they can do to solve this issue (and investigate to try to find out the reason why I received only 4 pairs out of 6 and false representation of product shipped vs product shown in publicity). FOLLOW-UP #2: to be continued…
