Gumi is great, but they have their flaws. I have played most of the games that they have released since Brave Frontier. I'm actually currently waiting the global release of Brave Frontier 2, but since there's no news until now, I'm not getting my hopes up. Getting back to the topic, they have great games, but customer service can be a headache. Also, what's up with the constant server issues? Still, I'd like to say that I love Gumi ( strictly their games, not their service ). My user experience with their games has been fantastic even though not perfect.

This company has terrible customer service. They are basically full of bots that continuously delay and close your tickets. You will not be able to speak to a real representative ever if you have any issues. They also randomly ban players accusing them of cheating without any details. If you spend any money it will go to waste. DO NOT SPEND MONEY on this company and it's games.
