I was notified that the tires had been shipped 11/11. they provided me with an invalid tracking number. After several unanswered emails, I received a reply saying the tires had been shipped but did not provide me with a tracking number. i contacted DPD and they do not have me registered in the system under first name and last name and shipping address. I can conclude that they are lying to me and that I have been deceived. No one answers my emails anymore
I ordered through GumeLider.com.hr. it's your affiliate just like TyreLeader.com.uk. You are the same organization based in Andorra and marketed under different names throughout Europe. So it's not true that I didn't buy tires from you.
