If I could give them a zero I would. I rented a car over a month in advance for this weekend, July 6-9th. Arrived at the airport before our appointed time and waited for the attendant to arrive. It was 8:30 and no one was at the desk until 9am even though their hours state 8:00 opening. When Amer finally arrived he told me that he was sorry but our car was in an accident the night before and they did not have a car for us any longer. I told him that wasn't my problem and that I should be given another car but he proceeded to get belligerent and tell me that those cars were promised to others. After arguing with him for several moments (because I needed a car) he went to Avis and asked them if they had cars. They did but the price was 180 euros over the gumax price because I didn't book online and Gumax wouldn't make up the difference. After doing all the paperwork, paying for our car, and loading our luggage into the car at Avis, we realized that the car was a manual, which I cannot drive. Amer had not told the woman from Avis that we had ordered an automatic. When I went back to his counter, at which point he had two cars returned but wouldn't rent them to me, and told him that Avis only had manual cars, he proceeded to yell at me and tell me it was my fault for not telling them I needed automatic (even though I thought, since he asked the Avis people if they had cars, that he had asked them for automatic since that was my order). I asked him why he hadn't contacted me the night before to tell me they didn't have a car and he said that he wouldn't call me at 10pm. Why should he? I asked him then why does he ask for my contact information if he's not going to use it. At that point he had no reasonable response and he said he had nothing more to say to me, he didn't have a car, and I was on my own, and walked away. The woman from Avis was incredulous that he was speaking to a customer that way. She finally took us to the Sixt counter where they did have an automatic; a bigger car, for the same price as the Avis manual. Unfortunately, I have rented two more cars from Gumax for later this summer and I'm torn between canceling because I can't trust them anymore and taking a chance that they won't pull the same gimmick the next time around. In the end, if you experience a problem don't expect Amer to do the right/professional thing and make it right. He'll just leave you hanging and walk away. Bad reflection on the company. I will contact the company to ask for a refund for the additional cost of my car for this weekend but I doubt they'll do anything.

I would recommend booking a car trough their own site. Needed a child seat. It was possible to wright a message so I requsted that. Mailed them because the flight was delayed, The car was waiting for me. The guy at the counter (Tuzla airport) went out of his way to help me (i was stupid enough to forget some of the requested documents) even if he didn't need to.

I rented a car for 7 days from Tuzla Airport. It was a rgood deal, small Dacia for 121 Euro. The car I got was 3-4 years old car with plenty of small dents on the body which were all marked in the lease contract when I took the car. The car had some 55k km on the clock, quite a lot for a rental car, but this did not bother me, I was just looking for a cheap and reliable mean of transport during mu stay in Bosnia. Everything went well until I returned the car at the end of the visit. The person inspecting the car identified that within a cluster of half a dozen small dents on a door, which had been marked in the contract, one of them is new and I that had to pay extra 25 Euro for the damage incurred. Total nonsense and obviously fabricated. This 25 Euro extra charge will neither make me poorer nor them richer, it just leaves a terrible impression about the company. Seoske varalice, as we would say in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian, literally translated as "village deceivers" , I do not know the equivalent idiom in English.
