I was initially happy with my purchase until the clasp on my girlfriend鈥檚 necklace broke, making her lose her charm. Haven鈥檛 even had the necklace 2 months.

Very disappointed. They changed a symbol on the order and apart from nit offering a refund for their mistake, they said that is what I gave them. When I sent them screenshots of my order on their account and forwarded confirmation email. They still said that infinity symbol had a circle around it. Sent them screen shots and they accused me of editing the images. Very disappointed. DO NOT buy from them.

Instead of fixing their mistake they accuse falsely of altering proof and want you spend more money to fix their error. AVOID this company.

Also don鈥檛 trust reviews as they offer $2.50-$5.00 refund to give them a good review

They came in a decent time considering the conditions of covid. Although the engraving was not where it showed in the picture, they still look beautiful.

I ordered a set of rings from here, and they look amazing. I was sceptical at first because the price seemed low from what other sites were charging, but they seem very durable and the color is magnificent. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for any of the products they offer.

I ordered two of their bracelets for myself and my husband for our 5 year anniversary. They came quick. These matching inscription bracelets were very elegant. I am very satisfied and I am definitely going to buy again.

I honestly don't like to leave bad reviews, The shipping was on time but the merchandise I received look great but the quality was trouble the part that holds the bracelet together doesn't want to lock easy you literally have to apply alot of force just to hold it together hoping you dont hurt yourself or even scratching the bracelet when applying force, I dont recommend this item and i tried to return it but customers service was to difficult

The rings are beautiful and exactly how i wanted them but my husband's ring is to small. Mine fits perfectly but his doesn't.
