Excellent customer service on my purchase of Fender Duo Sonic HS. I would normally try before I buy, but being over 100 miles away and Covid on its second wave, I decided to purchase online. The picture of the guitar on sale at Guitar Village helped make my choice as its colour and visible wood grain were excellent. However I wasn't sure if the pics were the actual guitar or stock samples. I called Guitar Village for assistance. Richard was very helpful and went away to check the stock and call me back. Ten minutes later he had found the guitar which matched the online picture and put it to one side for me whilst I completed the order online. He also advised me of problems the delivery company UPS were experiencing with the volume of deliveries running up to Christmas. Fortunately UPS were able to deliver next day. The guitar delivered matched the one on the website and came with a set up certificate. It played brilliantly. However I play in a band tuned to Eb so I replaced the 10's with a set of 11's. I am bowled over by the quality and VFM and the customer service . Thank you!

I placed an online order, the price was reasonable, and it came really quickly (I ordered on a Monday late afternoon, it was with me by Wednesday early afternoon) and very well packaged. No complaints, very impressed!

The website was easy to navigate and the whole order process was very simple. I did however have to call to confirm payment as I did not receive an order confirmation immediately after payment so was unsure if my transaction was successful.

I dropped one star as although delivery was relatively prompt the courier UPS originally offered a Friday delivery which they then changed to Monday and after taking the option to change to a Thursday as Monday was inconvenient it arrived on the on the original date offered I.e Friday…… fortunately someone was in to receive delivery…

First class service. As a new customer I find Guitar Village an excellent company with which to deal. The detailed specifications they provide for every guitar they have in stock makes it easier to buy online than from most other UK dealers.

When I purchased an acoustic guitar and as a finger style player found the bass notes slighty quiet they allowed me to return it for a small fee and refunded the payment. When I contacted them there was absolutely no pressure to keep it and the payment was refunded almost immediately.

They have a new customer who will purchase more qualiy acoustic guitars from them.

Fantastic service, first time buying a bass to learn on, these guys were really helpful in giving advice on which model would best suit my needs. The bass and amp arrived on time and the bass was set up to go straight out of the box. First class service, can鈥檛 recommend highly enough.
