We 鈥?Villapartner.com 鈥?signed a contract with Gueststream, where Gueststream should deliver a new website for us. The project was heavy delayed, because Gueststream worked without any project plan, a bad understanding of the process, ignoring the project for periods and the programming was very bad so we needed to test the same issues again and again 鈥?when one problems was solved the result was very often new issues.
After 1 year 鈥?should have taken 3 Month 鈥?we were forced to launch the website, because out old website should be closed dawn. The website Gueststream build for us had a lot of serious problems: many unsolved errors, bad build URL, PayPal did not work and E-Commerce did not work.
After the launch Gueststream did not fix these problems except a few. The website build by Gueststream replaced we after 6 Month, and the result in these 6 Month was lower organic traffic and lower conversion rate, which gave a decrease in bookings with 29% (the year before launch we had an increase of 35%).
I can in no way recommend Gueststream for such a project.
