DO NOT BE BLINDED BY THE BIG BRAND NAME "GUESS"! Ordered 3 items on GUESSJEANS.COM for a total price of 300鈧?on the 19th of May, got a shipping confirmation the next day. When checking the UPS I-Parcel tracking#, it states that the label for the parcel has been created but the parcel itself is still with the retailer. This is still the current status on the 14th of June, 26 days after the label was created!! Guess Jeans customer care has also ignored multiple inquires by mail, over a week has passed and i haven't received a single reply. NEVER BUYING AT GUESS AGAIN, these are shady practices at best. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN OFF WITH IT!
