GUERNSEY POST DELIVERY IS ABSOLUTELY A PEICE OF CRAP. MY IRDER WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE TODAY BUT IT NEVER GOT HERE. THIS IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

today is 06/12/19 and yet another very poor delivery service from Guernsey post on the way out we ask if there was any parcels he told us no and yet when i come back we found the calling card sorry we missed you and yet they would not give us the item i will have collected it from there post head office they spent there time writing them out to put in the letter box many times they do not have the item to deliver in there hand just the calling cards we have seen them doing it in there van i phoned up to complain and yet all i got from who was in charge was excuse after excuse there vans are to small to hold all the parcels well buy bigger ones and they wont have half the trouble delivering to there none customers all we are is cash cows when comes to complaining they refused to do any thing about giving the customer a good customer service that will not happen as they are so use of giving the Guernsey people a very very very poor delivery service they do not no the meaning of the word they need to sack the lot of them and get in new staff that can deal with customer service jersey looks after its customers very well Guernsey treats us like dirt off are shoes worst postage service in Britain.TO DAY is 16/01/20 and yet a other calling card left in the door to sorry we did not knock on the door we just left the card to tell you we were to lazy to delivery your item to you and i will have collected it from parcel point have complained no improvement in the service it is the worst delivery service in Guernsey they are not fit to run the postage service

I dread visiting Guernsey Post outlets – the women behind the counters are either grumpy, disinterested, pretending to be deaf, did I mention grumpy? or a mixture of all three. Well four, if you count grumpy twice, doublegrumpy. I am particularly talking about L'Islet and St Sampson branches, in the Co-op Locale premises, but the one in Waitrose Rohais is equally unfriendly. I always leave wondering if I should check to see whether there is dog poo on my shoes…
