The worse FRANCE COMPANY ever! I purchased a Guerlain toner and they sent me the wrong product. Guerlain wont鈥?send me the toner if they don鈥檛 receive first the wrong item so I decided to get a refund instead but they won鈥檛 sent me a pre-paid label to return their product. These actions tells me I鈥檓 dealing with an VERY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY and I鈥檓 not use to this kind of treatment. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

What a great service from Guerlain shop in Rinascente Milan-Italy.
My wife's favorite Guerlain perfume was not in production anymore and together they found a new one and 2 days later I received an SMS from staff that they were sorry and prepared a small gift, but due Covid-19 did not want to travel to Milan, so we found it end august in Rinascente Florence.

ABEILLE ROYALE
HUILE D脡MAQUILLANTE ANTI-POLLUTION – this one is a cool thing. It is helpful even for my waterproof mascara.

Tried the lipstick "Rouge G". It is very beautiful, I'd say it looks juicy. It makes my lips smooth and it does not smudge.

Guerlain mon guerlain is a very pleasant and tender perfume. It makes me feel inspired. I think that I'll never change it for any other scent.

Will never order online from this brand again which is a shame as I love Guerlain products, however my experience of the customer service in France is appalling, returned item and then had to chase them endlessly with emails for my refund even after I sent photo of returns receipt they still refused to refund me .
Managed to contact headoffice in London and a lovely lady there got me my refund back , but dealing with Guerlain online was worst experience I have had of online shoping anything goes wrong they treat you with contempt.

Customer service is appalling and very dismissive. I bought some Samsara EDP from an online seller and contacted Guerlain to ask how I could determine if it was a genuine product as it was a fair bit cheaper than the MRRP. They basically did not want to know saying that their policy is not to provide this information. All they do is recommend that you buy from their official boutiques or online store (where the prices and profits are highest).
Obviously they are not interested in protecting their brand name and do not care if people produce counterfeit goods and pass them off as genuine. They have now lost a long standing customer as I will not buy any of their products again after their dismissive attitude.

I ordered something from the website for delivery to UK. Mysteriously it was returned to France without any attempt at delivery. Still chasing the refund.

I have been using the Guerlain d.p foundation for the past 2 years. I run out and went to buy another of the same. I was informed that the packaging has changed, I asked the lady if she is sure the product quality is still the same and she assured me it is. however, the product quality is changed it is extremely ugly on the skin. It makes my skin look dusty and the foundation looks cheaper than drugstore foundations.

Very poor Customer Service, most of the time not answering the calls, but when they do they told me they will call me back (still waiting till now), also I have send few emails and on every reply they apologise and they saying someone from Customer Service will contact you soon(never did).

Love all of Guerlain from beauty to perfume. Lipstick are so velvety smooth and last all day just like the mascara! Two thumbs up!!!

The Guerlain base is very lavish to use but not worth the expensive price tag. I think you can find a prime that works the same way but for a cheaper price!

I wanted to remember this name. I have come across more than one of these perfumes. Nicely strong, thereby not wasting your hard-earned money. Shalimar – the one I'm most familiar with is different done well. I find it oriental? Incense like, not too floral, not too spicy, although I would label it a bit spicy.

Love their products. Bought the terracotta glow, meteorites and rougeG De Guerlain lipstick and all the three products are amazing! I love GUERLAIN.

the original products are expensive but very good. worth the money you use for them

I havent tried products from this name brand yet but would love to try to see what they sell and the textures and smells they have for there products those two things are a bonus for me
