Prompt delivery. So prompt that I write them because I'm worried that I can give the gift at the birthday and still have enough time to return it in case it's not to my girlfriends liking. Gucci never answer this email.
She tries the shoes. She doesn't like them – to tall. We pack them up nicely and return them.
I get an email that just states that the product has been used and they will return it to me. No pictures, no explanation – just that it hasn't been returned in the right condition. When unpacking I didn't do a thorough check to see if it was in good condition. I do regret that today.
I write them and ask for an explanation they just send a link a can check. I ask them to send it to another address. Because they originally send it to a summerhouse. It is now in the summerhouse!
I bought a lot of stuff from gucci during the years. But this was the last time for sure.

Now I have a problem with delivery again. UPS are at my address around noon on a work day. Now my shoes have been sent back. I contacted UPS, but they need a unique Track&Trace number, which Gucci does not send you (they use their own). It's no way possible to call Gucci – the store in Denmark does not have anything to do with online sales, so you're left with an e-mail address, that takes a few days to answer!
I will never shop at Gucci online again. I take my money elsewhere.
