I had a very good experience buying from Gucci. Very professional and even when I wrote them like 2 or 3 years ago asking why I was not receiving the mail about sales, they replied to me explaining that they decided not to do sales anymore, I was really impressed that answered me about it, as many other companies would have ignored my question.
