So my older sister Katherine got a Gucci gift card for her birthday a few weeks ago and we went and it was DISGUSTING! The worker was very impolite and yelled at my little brother for running in the store. They were not wearing masks, it was very untidy, and it was just disgusting. We had Derek as our worker (He was terrible) and he charged us extra because he said it costs $71 plus tax of $18. So she really payed $89 for a crappy handbag that broke in 5 minutes. Just go to Hollister, it costs way less and is much better.

spent over 拢1000 for 4 Gucci belts 3 arrived ok 1 was not in the box , the box was opened infront of the courier lady who delivered it as it didn't seem to have anything in it when i shook the box and the belt was not there when i opened it after nearly 4 weeks and several emails and an "investigation" Gucci say they are not issuing a refund or the belt , i am now 拢250 out of pocket with no goods am thourouly discusted with Gucci a multi million pound company can do this to a customer and get away with it , they fobbed me off saying that DHL weigh the box before delivery , heartbroken these were Christmas presents for my granddaughters

I am very disappointed at the bag I bought in Milan last week. I had it on me literally 4 times and it's already losing its shape. The cover has bent and I'm suspecting it will be bending even more with time. I cannot believe that the bag for 鈧?,100 can be in such bad quality 馃槺 I live in UK and I went to Manchester shop to speak to manager to return the back because I'm very not happy with it it and I've been told that I have too much stuff in there and is too heavy and that's why the blood the cover is bending. It is not true it's heavily they are my usual day to day things like my purse my phone some tissues and car keys. I hate the bag and I don't want it and after contacting customer service I've been told that this was caused by external issue…after 4 times of wearing it??? I don't think so! Horrible bag and horrible customer service. Never buy from Gucci again!!! Kasia

Hi Gucci

You hired customer advisors who advise cancelling and are useless to help customers in need.

The only good thing that Linda the advisor for Spanish area did was cancel the order. She was provoking me with her dry answers as if my money is worthless.

You should have better staff there or at least people who really talk Spanish. To avoid this kind of issues.

I attempted to buy a GG jacket I had to cancel after someone says that should be ready in October.

After this issue, I bought another one more expensive but the issue was different the order appeared as incomplete and In processing status.

Your experts know nothing, they were unable to answer and in a very disrespectful way ( passive-aggressive) shout the conversation. Off course I got angry.
On top of that, your digital platform was hard to use with many delays on website response.

Pages were frozen. I have the last iPhone the last MacBook And the problem is not on my devices.

I am very disappointed furious, frustrated, with the LUXURY customers service. It is a pity that you have such pieces of art on bad Hands. ( Linda or whatever that boot is will ruin your sales strategy )
She just did it and 2500 euros are gone.

Congrats to the artist behind the collection. Beware of your sales experts personnel.
You should hire real persons instead of cold Bots.

Called Gucci.com for an online order confirmation and was asked many questions by this lady in a very cold mono tone voice. When i asked if I had to make call to confirm my orders will happens for every order she she said yes, but later she changed her mind and said it was a random check. also when i asked if theres a complaint line she said no! rude and unhelpful at all. The professionalism at gucci.com call centre is appalling.

Disco Soho bag arrived NEXT DAY from Italy to the UK. Fantastic. It did arrive with a thread loose on the top seam, though, so am in conversations with CS now and hoping they'll be quick to replace or otherwise solve the issue.

I went shopping with my partner in Westfield Shepherd鈥檚 Bush, I waited in the queue for a while but was worth the wait. Amazing customer service from sara Akramzadeh she was a brilliant at her client customer service. She was very friendly,polite and patient. I ended up buying a ladies card holder for myself. Please past on the message to her. She deserves a pay rise!

Absolutely disgusted with Gucci, I ordered a belt but sent it back as it was too big.
I get an email saying they cannot give a refund as it is not in the original conditon, I immediately emailed back and rang their customer service twice also, no one could help me after waiting all day to find out why they were not giving a refund.
The belt was sent back exactly as it came, in the packaging, it was not worn other than to try it on, and all tags were kept on it.
What makes me mad all the customer service were saying is that I have to have it back and there is no one I can talk to, it has to follow procedures. They didnt even have a manager I could talk to.
I am shocked that a company such as Gucci operate like this.

I purchased a belt few months ago along with a volute from their online store. The volute is very good even after few months but I found that the belt was becoming very scuffed with the coloring coming off even though I was very careful with it and always stored it in the bag.

NO EXCHANGE/REFUND FOR TIGHTS! I have purchased a few items from Gucci, track pants, shoes, and before the end of last year I purchased a pair of black GG tights in Medium. They fit perfectly and quite roomy (I'm 5ft5). I then purchased the beige interlocking G tights in Medium because I liked the black so much. I took them out of the plastic sleeve but didn't try them on as I assumed they'd fit, after all they're the same size, right? Wrong. In comparison these were so much smaller. I tried to get an exchange but I was told they do not refund/exchange tights if they have been taken out of their plastic sleeve! No where on their website does this say that. And how can a customer know they've ordered the right size without trying them on? And how can their sizing be so inconsistent? Despite several emails and photos they are unwilling to exchange for a larger size.

I had gone to gucci to get a belt and the poeple treated me so nice , they offered water and drinks and she was so nice even if the store was full of people . Even the gard was nice he smiled and i came in and when i went out .

I purchased a Gucci neckless from emsonhaig in January 2020 I paid 拢350 for the item 2 weeks later the clasp literally fell apart lucky I caught it, I took it back to the shop They told me Gucci did not repair and if they did it would cost me!!! Eventually the shop said they would pay That Gucci had NO return or repair policy And a repair would be 6-8 weeks I am still waiting it is now April. They say Gucci never pays for repair I would Never but Gucci again, beware !!!
