The employee who I used to deal with for the last 2 years is not longer there,. His replacement was rude and insisted that Corporate would not make any changes to assist me rather than answering the question that I actually had. He did not represent Guardian Interlock in a professional manner after I had already been under tremendous stress over having to re-install after being told to remove it. He could have done a much better job and hope that he does not make everyone that comes through the way he made me and my wife feel

My experience with Guardian was complex the customer service was good it just they had my driving out for appointment the installer didn't have supplies.

It took six hours to get a callback from the automated system the time was 9 PM.
UPDATE:
I appreciate that guardian reached out. And also that they resolved my initial issue. I鈥檓 upping my 3 to a 4.

Everytime I鈥檓 driving it resets and I have to blow in the Machine again. Plus when it says start ignition the interlock system will not allow my truck to start! Even when it says I passed. The most stupid thing on the planet…

Lack of installation locations. Had to drive hours rather than minutes to an even more rural location. Upon which faulty, defective equipment was installed in the vehicle. Had to pay for two over ride codes within hours of installation with no communication of refund or credit given. Everyone with company, in regards to incident, says that's strange. The more I talk to people, the more common it becomes.

Seriously??? Does anyone give you a good review?? F*&$ this thing!!!! It's soooo inconvenient!! I'm sure as h#@* not driving under the influence, now I'm just driving distracted…turning through an intersection and having to try to "blow" I have almost crashed numerous times because of this stupid device!! Not to mention how HUMILIATING it is to have to go through this!! OH and I was told "it may ask you to blow again while your driving, but probably not", every SINGLE time I drive I have to blow about 3 times…I live 6 minutes away from work, and have to blow many times before I even get to work..that's extremely frustrating!! I am a professional, and NOT a druggy or alcoholic, but I am being punished and treated like such…this whole entire process is ridiculous and just a way for you and government make money, it doesn't actually help anyone!

Cannot hum and blow in this thing. Spent over an hour sitting outside the shop after getting it switched from a different vehicle before giving up. Could not get it started once. The car that it was in sat in the driveway for the last ten months not being driven because this machine will not work.

Why are you thanking me for a purchase???
The state of Florida forced me to put your obsolete technology in a car that鈥檚 not even in my name.its the worst distraction hazard.
I popped a curb, causing an air bubble in the side wall of my right front tire the first day.
At the time of installation, (witch cracked my dashboard,) I was told to ignore the video from 2004 advising me to not leave the devise in a hot car. And it is hot here in Florida.
I chose not to get in a very hot car and blow from outside, after I untangle it from around the break pedal! Then it says nice pic.

I鈥檓 not sure which politicians are receiving kick backs from you?

I have had trouble with my Interlock since day one. I received a lockout code on Thursday it was accepted but when I went to start it it was locked again. I have been calling since with no luck. A few times I did get a hold of some one the put me on hold and never answer the phone again. A couple times that I was on hold it was for a hour then they ask for you to leave a message. When someone finally gets a hold of me it's after 5pm and my shop closes at 4 and it's an hour away. Worse customer service I have ever dealt with.

I have had to bring in my unit 3 times in the past month for resets. When I go to start my vehicle is will tell me I fail. I wait 5-10 minutes and then I pass. I have a portable breathalyzer because of this very situation. It always reads 0.000 when I try directly after it fails me. One morning i started the vehicle fine. 10 minutes later I fail the rolling retest, then 1 minute later i pass the retest. This does not make any sense. The unit has been replaced 3 times because it was faulty. I have tried to call and message guardian to no avail. This is completely unacceptable and this all started because they decided to upgrade their unit and it doesn't work. Luckily I have all these things on video as I tape myself every time I get in the vehicle now.
