The Guardian software was easier to install than I thought but even so I got stuck because of the security settings on the phone. I contacted Guardian just after midnight and chatted to a very helpful young lady who walked me through the rest of the process in a few minutes. I've been testing it out and it works brilliantly. I'm most impressed with the service I got tonight because this tells me that the company cares. A great purchasing decision.
