Wanted to try an agant instead of handling everything by ourself. Result was that we paid a lot of sample cost and factory which should produce items then increased prices so much that is makes not sense anymore to produce the items. Guangzhou agent was not able to solve this problem, whether they picked the factory. Bad choice! No good relationship to factories.

Endorsement: Normally I would not write more but after I wrote above review and read Agents reply, I got messages from Guangzhou Agent. They said that I am pure evil. Well…
So to make the whole issue clear: the whole process of trying to produce products took them over 6 month. the last 2 month we were negotioating about prices which were already fixed. Because I would not have produced any samples, if the prices would have been that high in advance. And they got real conter-sample from us, not only sketches. Means there is no reason to increase the prices afterwards. And I needed to stop at a certain point because I got orders on these items and needed them to be produced. And yes they refunded me 86USD from a 900USD invoice, but before they said they will refund me 50% of the sample fees if they cannot reach the old price. But nothing happened. Of course the price got lower, but not to the original price and everything took so long that timing wise it was not possible produce items on time. And who wants to produce with someone where you are already argueing before. Wish them all the best, but for us it was not a good experience!

This company is awesome. The product they develop for us was top notch and at a great price.

it was difficult to zoom in on the right fitting and size assortment , I wouldn't be able to get it done without Karen help.
