We paid for a category G vehicle, but only received a Dacia Lodgy of a lower category in poor condition. We were reassured by the only representative we saw while on Marie Galante that we should email the head office and we would be refunded the difference. 5 emails and two weeks later we continue to be ignored, I finally managed to contact the representative again who reassured me that they are busy now in high season, and can't answer emails until possibly the end of May. He wouldn't offer any guarantees. It seem a nice business model, accept payment, deliver an inferior product of a lower classification and ignore requests for remedy. At which point does such a strategy constitute fraud?
