Quick responses and fast delivery of RoadHawk DC-2 camera.
Now have problem with camera (after 10 months) and cant find company details to get resolved, however will probably have to go to manufacturer anyway.

I ordered a g9x cardo scala Powerset, Then the problems really started. They sent me the single headset instead of the dual i had ordered. To their credit they didnt deny it, instead promised me another single to make things right. After that it took two months of chasing them up, them not returning any calls as promised, in the end i had to get in touch with my credit card company to finnaly resolve the issue. Avoid like the plague.

I ordered a recorder disguised as a car key earlier this year. Unlike the other reviewers, the item arrived within a couple of days. However, it was flimsy, poorly made, inadequate for my use and was not as described in the advert.
I then began a very, very long process of trying to return it and get my money back!
I emailed GU Digital within a couple of days to return the key and explained my reasons for sending it back. After several emails, when they either ignored me or said that the item could not be returned, I managed to obtain GU Digital鈥檚 return address but they refused to send me a pre-paid envelope.
I returned the key and waited and waited to be reimbursed!
After 1 month I emailed G U Digital to ask them what had happened. They did not respond. I emailed again and again. Eventually they emailed me to say that the order had been cancelled at my request and to stop contacting them.
Thankfully I had paid using Pay Pal. Within two days of contacting Pay Pal I received a full refund (minus postage costs). I spent four months trying to get my money back and doubt if I would ever have been reimbursed if it wasn鈥檛 for Pay Pal.

Please avoid using this company. They lie to you and you will be out of pocket for a long period of time. I ordered a garmin watch and requested quick delivery as it was a birthday item. I received a confirmation email saying it had been shipped so thought, great! The item then didn't arrive so a few days later I called and was told it was posted by royal mail and I would expect it today. Guess what? Nothing arrived. So I called the next day and requested a refund because I knew I could get it quicker, hassle free from Amazon. They seemed fine with this and suggested it had been lost in the post but having read multiple reviews of people being told the same thing – you have to question how unlucky one company can be? Or is it that they didn't send it and were just telling porky pies. They said they would send me a confirmation email and process my refund. A week later, no email, no money. It's unacceptable that I should be out of pocket for this long and I urge you not to trade with this company. The last 2 days I have tried calling and can't get through, so am genuinely worried now I'll never see my money again.

Ordered GPS device with next day delivery. Recieved dispatch confirmation email. 5 days later no device. 3 days after enquiry email sent recieved response. Device lost in postal system.
Offered another device. Never Recieved. No explanation Recieved.
Then got 'refund' email no reason why they cannot supply device.
2 weeks later still no refund.
Think 4 weeks is plenty of time to supply device/provide refund, or at least try and engage with inconvenienced customer.
From my experience I would avoid using this company at all costs.

I order a sat nav device over a week ago & selected a 3-5 day delivery time. I am still waiting for my item to arrive!!
Having emailed, called countless times with no answer & left a message on the voicemail & tried the shop line I am still yet to get a reply & actually speak to anyone.
Perhaps someone would be able to come back to me to let me know where my order is??? It is very frustrating to order something & then not be able to contact anyone easily to find out where it is.

Initial experience was very good, contacted GU to check stock availability and got an immediate response. Ordered my product that day before 3pm for next day delivery to my place of work, received an email saying it had been dispatched however the next day it never arrived…. I contacted GU Digital with 3 emails to advise the product had not been received and asked for a tracking number to chase it up but received no response. The parcel arrived the following day which then meant a 20 mile round trip to collect it as I was off from work leaving me out of pocket not only on fuel but also for the extra money I paid for 'next day delivery'.

I've still not received any contact to ask if my product arrived or an apology for not replying to my query.

After ordering our item online 12 days ago, selecting '3 to 5 working days delivery' we today are still awaiting our item.

Upon phoning G U direct and speaking to Daniel the so call 'Manager' who assured me that he was going off of the phone to chase up my orders delivery status with Royal Mail and being told that he would call me back within half an hour, 2 hours later I was still awaiting a phone call. After phoning Daniel back and speaking to a colleague, I was informed that he was simply 'to busy' to speak to me. Eventually we managed to get through to him and was told that he would call me first thing at 10am the next morning with an update. Totally unsurprised at 10am a phone call was still not received.

I have to say, after working in customer service for over 6 years myself, I was absolutely horrified of the service received by Daniel and his colleagues.

I phoned through this morning and after threatening Daniel with reporting G U to Trading Standards he magically arranged a full refund of my item and simply told me that I would have to order my item elsewhere. I asked him where the watch was and he said 'lost'.

I really am not quite sure what a Manager is if this is the way a 'Manager' runs his company.

I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards and do not recommend anybody should purchase any items online in the future.

The product arrived the next day despite not having to pay for premium postage. Unfortunately the 220 itself is turning out to be rubbish with a completely useless GPS signal pick up after only a couple of weeks. Not GU Digital's fault but I'd be wary of the 220 for others.

After an initial "blip", caused by stock not arriving on time to GU, my order was delivered within 24 hours, so really pleased with the help I received, in particular from Daniel-thank you! Price was good, too, so I will certainly recommend GU to family and friends!

I ordered my Edge about a week and a half ago and Dan was very helpful. Although there was a slight delay in delivery that was not down to GU Digital. I called Garmin head office and they told me that due to the product being such a high seller in the UK the manufacturer are trying to keep up with demand so expect a very short delay. Please study their website before ordering because in red it states you are pre ordering the item and it is not a next day delivery. I now have my new Edge in front of me and studying the manual. Great service and value from GU Digital, will not go anywhere else. Thanks Guys.

I ordered a Garmin edge 1000 for next day delivery, more than a week later it still has not arrived, I have contacted them numerous times, to be told differing stories (Currier has lost it / error in stock etc) getting very frustrated as I cant get an answer as to when / if I'll receive it, time for a refund me thinks, looks like others have fallen foul also. Just checked the website & its still showing a available to buy when they are telling me they have no stock!

After extensive searching for a garmin fenix 2 these guys were by far the cheapest I could find. After speaking to them on the phone over some queries I had they even upgraded my delivery to next day. A really friendly and helpful company to deal with and I would definitely use them again and will certainly be recommending them to friends.

Ordered a Garmin Edge with this company and got an email saying that it has been dispatched the same day but it never arrived. They ignored my first two emails, finally got a response to the third (two days later) saying that the item had been mislaid and that they had ordered another from their supplier and that I would receive it within 6 days (even though they give the impression that all items are in stock). Finally cancelled my order after waiting 16 days for an item i could have got the next day from Amazon.

GU digital has had delay in getting stock of Garmin Edge 1000. It took about 3 weeks before delivery, but I was kept informed regularly which saved me from worrying if this company is legit (first time user).
Great customer service and best price on Internet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them, again.

Delivery was subject to slight delay, but contacted seller and they were quick to respond and confirmed precisely what day I would receive delivery so communication excellent, also cant fault price, which was far more competitive than what I was able to find searching elsewhere. 5 star had delivery been a little quicker.

I ordered a Garmin Edge 1000 performance bundle on 4th April. I received an automated confirmation of my order, but several days later I had received nothing saying the item had been despatched. I phoned on 8th April and was told that the item had been sent to me on the day before and they couldn't understand why I hadn't had an email confirming this.
My order didn't arrive so I phoned again on 14th April asking where the item was and I was told it would arrive that day. It didn't. I called again the following day (15th April) and was told that it must be an issue with the postal service and that they would look into what had happened by calling the person they deal with at Royal Mail and call me back within an hour. They didn't call back. I called them again and was told that they couldn't find where the order was and that they had decided that Royal Mail had lost it. They said they would send my order to me by courier to arrive the following day, 16th April. I explained that I wouldn't be available that day and an alternative date was arranged for the courier delivery to be on Thursday 23rd April. I made arrangements for someone to be in all day on that day.
There was no communication from the company other than a generic email saying they were having problems with orders for the Garmin Edge 1000 and they were consequently extending the warranty. Nothing came to me confirming the arranged courier delivery so on the morning of the day that had been fixed I called them to confirm the arrangement. I was told that the order would now be delivered the following Thursday or Friday (30th April or 1st May).
This would make it about a month since I placed the order and I still hadn't been given anything definite. The arrangement made with me to deliver on 23rd April by courier was just ignored by the company. I can only assume they decided they didn't want to pay for the courier delivery but didn't think it important to tell me they had changed their mind.
As I had been dealt with so badly I decided enough was enough and I cancelled the order.

I used GU Digital because they were the cheapest for the product I wanted, but was a bit nervous as I'd never heard of them. However, the ordering process was fast and easy, and when I emailed them with a query after I'd ordered they replied quickly and said they had upgraded my delivery to next-day (free of charge). Product arrived the next day, as promised, and I'm very pleased with it.
