I ordered a watch and waited way too long to receive it. It is big enough to hang on my wall. When I complained I got a B S answer about their workmanship.This stupid extra extra big watch looks nothing like the advertised photos. The watch is way the hell too big to wear. What a crappy company!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a watch via the internet. I then got a confirmation of the order and notice of more than a month to receive the watch. It had not been sent, but was processing the order. I contact them to cancel the order. I get an email informing me that they couldn't cancel the order once processed. Very disappointed. They get your money and you can't get help. It would be different if it was already shipped. Bad customer service.

I purchased the Blue & Gold (Ligex) watch on (04/15/20.) It took 74-days to arrive from shipping point of Singapore. During this period, I had several email exchanges with two Customer Support ladies: Valerie Tampac & later, Carissa Nate. Both of these ladies were extremely courteous & responsive, while I was trying to track my order. The watch is very attractive. The band adjustment clip would not seat firmly, & I had to get a jeweler to adjust that. The shipping delay was due to COVID-19 I am told. I was very pleased with the email help from Valerie & Carissa, in Customer Support!

After waiting approx. 2 months which is understandable with all the world's current issues, my first purchase arrived yesterday and just WOW.
It is a stunning watch which quickly got me back online to purchase a second watch.
The discount gesture and unique customer service leaves me in no doubt I will be a regular client of Golden Timepieces.

I ordered from gtp over 2 months ago and never received anything. They over chatged my account too and tried to charge me even a 3rd time but luckily my bank red flagged them and blocked it. Tried reaching them countless times to cancel my order and never get any response via email, website, fb or anything else. This company is a fkn scam and crap service. I will be disputing the charges with my bank today after giving this company plenty of time to ship out my order,respond to me or refund me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. SCAMMERS

Ordered 1 x Lige Black Watch, very impressed with the speed it arrived to mine in the UK (11 days from Order to delivery).
The Watch looks Superb and looking forward to wearing it out.

I received my watch and it is worth every penny, I did get to go out to dinner and had my new watch on with my new suit. it looked so good on my wrist. The watch is amazing and if you get the chance buy one you won't be disappointed. I also want to mention the customer service is the best, my inquires were met with a quick reply. Oh yes I did purchase another watch

A fine looking watch & with the fitted band it's very comfortable..
The only drawback is mine has a battery that unwinds as fast as you wind it you can wind it Monday morning it'll be flat by Wednesday…
Other than that a very nice & classy Watch that's impressed all my family & mates 馃憤馃徎馃槑

I was looking forward to receiving the watch I ordered but when received it was a total disappointment. It looks and feels like a toy watch.
The band clasp doesn鈥檛 even click well or close tightly; it keeps opening. The watch is Ligest in blue color with black screen. A lesson learnt.

Yes, it took a while. But it was explained to me because of covid that it would. It was worth the wait. I recieve so many compliments when I wear it. I will be back to purchase more. 馃槉

I liked the look of the watch as soon as I saw it, however I was not expecting a class item as you know it may look good in a photo but not when you get it.
How wrong was I it's not a watch it's a time piece no batteries but a precision working engine and in the model I had you can see it working.
I will definetley get another I can see in the future these watches will be on par with other more expensive watches.

Purchasing 2 watches in start February and still not delivered, I only have a feeling that this is business with structured fraud – stay away and save you money to use somewhere else.

Have purchased 3 watches from Golden timepieces. They are all stunning to look at, excellent value and easy to use. Friends comment on them whenever I wear them.

After a false start, an incorrect tracking number supplied, I was able to track the item to Aus and when it arrived at Fastrack it went missing for 10 days, finally delivered on 30 April 2020 after purchasing on 19 Mar 2020.
Communication with Valerie was good but sometimes never got responses to emails and had to resend.
Would I purchase from here again unsure?

Excellent product and price. Kept informed of delivery time etc. Absoulutely over the moon with my purchase. Cannot fault this company for anything. Would recommend to anyone

Ordered 2 watches that apparently got lost in the post. I contacted Golden Timepieces via email and Valerie couldn鈥檛 have been more helpful. She sent another 2 watches which have now arrived. I鈥檓 really pleased with them. Thanks

Ordered a Megalith through Facebook. When it arrived it didn鈥檛 work. Sent them a message, which was ignored. Sent a second one, which was also ignored. So I put a bad review and warning on Facebook to try and get them to do something. They did do something. They made my Facebook account view only, so I couldn鈥檛 leave any more comments.
They鈥檝e basically just taken money off me. Beware!

While I have not received my order yet, I will give Golden Timepieces have been sending me periodic updates of my order. I believe we all need a second chance to make things right.
