First purchase review.

I saw an ad on Facebook saying "buy 2 get 1 free", so I decided to try this. I placed my order and within a few days they were ready to send me the rings; I did have a minor issue with the delivery but that was from the people in my building, I reached out the customer care and got a fast reply about the issue, they took seriously the "care" on "customer care".

Once I got the rings, I immediately start wearing them, I gotta say even the box they were inside is absolutely beautiful. I can already picture myself with a lot of those boxes choosing which rings to wear.

The rings themselves are well made, the details are clear and easy to spot, they are so beautiful and noticeable that the only issue is that my other fingers got jealous.

About the weight, it is just perfect. Not too heavy that you get tired or hurt, not too light that you don't even remember you have them on. You can actually feel you have them without being annoyed by them.

As for the size, I felt concerned about wearing a lot of rings side by side because they often hit each other (although the sound the metal makes is pretty cool), and that might restrain me of having one ring on all fingers at the same time, unless I carefully choose simpler ones that are less wider than the ones next to them I guess. I also felt a little bit of trouble while playing guitar, but of course, by wearing a simpler ring on those specific fingers, the issue may disappear.

Overall, I am 100% satisfied, and I will place a new order soon because my birthday is coming up soon and I deserve the best haha

To be fair I have a 3 out of 4 because I have not received my rings and I鈥檓 unsure if it鈥檚 because of Covid so it鈥檚 delayed, so I want to know how many weeks will it arrive in the US? I ordered a ring last week on august 20th, so I鈥檓 hoping it鈥檒l come by next week last time I checked the tracker it said it was in New Jersey on Monday and it鈥檚 almost Friday and I have not received it yet, but I鈥檓 looking forward in getting my ring. I understand the delivery time takes longer because of covid.

A little insight into the company, and I recommend those who go to buy from this company to take the time to read this:
I had ordered a ring from the website. The shipping details specified that within the United States, the shipping time is significantly less than shipping internationally. Only a couple of days later the ring was shipped out from Dayton Ohio, as cited from USPS.

When the ring arrived I tried it on, and instantly understood that the ring was too heavy and I did not like the way it sat on my finger. Luckily on the page of this ring there is a clear return policy. Stating 鈥渉assle free returns within 30 days鈥? So I emailed the customer support to their email within the same hour, stating that I was not satisfied with the ring, it is heavier and bulkier than I expected, easily fell of my finger, and would like to return it. I received this response:

鈥淭hanks for placing order with us.
If you want to return the ring, you need to afford the shipping fee. As we don鈥檛 have the warehouse in US, the shipping fee would be expensive.
Or you can keep the order and pay $7.99 (shipping fee) to get a new free ring you want from our store.
Tell me your thoughts, thanks.鈥?br />

This confused me, because the ring was shipped out from the wear house 2 days after I ordered it, from Dayton Ohio. If it was outside of the US, 1) how did it arrive in Ohio so quickly (why to Ohio if I live in LA?) and 2) why is it cheaper shipping WITHIN the US than international?

This also kind of seems like a tactic to make the customer spend more money instead of accommodating him/her. The representative did not explicitly state that returns weren鈥檛 an option, he instead tried to bully me into keeping the ring (not getting my money back, even though this is not a 鈥渕ade-to-order鈥?product) and spending MORE money. This does not seem 鈥渉assle free鈥?at all.

I鈥檓 sure there are some who have had positive experiences with this company, however this made me feel cheated, and totally killed my excitement over this company. By the way the representative has yet to respond.

I have not yet received my rings and necklace but if their products are as good as their customer service I will be extremely pleased. I鈥檓 super excited to rock these rings and necklace.

Honestly , I didn't expect it( Hemp Leaf Stainless Steel Ring ) to be looks the same as it's been posted on this site. But damn..!! "when I received it" "it's freaking worth the wait". Its not very often when you come across an establishment that makes and sells an item that you're truly satisfied with. The opposite happened here with me and GTHIC. I AM SO PLEASED WITH THEIR PRODUCTS. I received my ring as promised with detail, beauty, prompt service and a personalized text of a simple "thank you". Now, I ask you, What more do you want from a Classy, 5 Star company like GTHIC. Again, I opened the box and to my surprise was a beautifully handcrafted ring that honors St. Micheal. I'm so happy that I'm going order more rings; the detail and artwork is well thought out and terrific with all of GTHIC's products. Chinese company, if you need to return any items they make you pay for tracked shipping back to China.

Edit: Got a reply at 1AM.. crazy. Hey alexa what time is it in China? Oh 4PM got it. Just to be clear here we're all buying 5 dollar sweatshop rings.

Got an email saying my package was delivered but it was not I emailed them was told to call my post office did that was told only one package was delivered to my address and it was not my rings or from this website. Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Resells aliexpress jewelry, do not buy

I don't have anything good to say about this company. I ordered 2 rings the first one on the 23rd of May, the second on the 26th of May.I cant get anything from the tracking system they use, and it takes forever to get someone to answer me. I just want a refund on both rings
. I'm Very disappointed.

I'll give it a poor review for now, but only for the late delivery. I made 3 orders a bit more than a month ago, and still haven't recieved any of them. And i do understand that we are going through a worldwide pandemic, but just like the other guy in the review, i have made other orders from all over, and this is the only order im still expecting. Plus i dont have any details of my orders. If i at least knew something i could relax a bit.

Haven't received my order yet but says stuck in Ohio which is weird cause I ordered a ring from turkey and it has already arrived and I ordered this ring 3 days before the last one. So why has usps not picked it up yet, usps is waiting on the package. Will wait and see and hopefully I receive it.Says from lightinthebox evs instead of gthic. I hear lightinthebox is a scam.

That is a ridiculous reason for a1 star review. You don't damage a business's reputation for shipping times during the only pandemic of our lifetime. EVERYTHING is taking weeks or months to ship. Open up a newspaper, turn on the news or Google it…do something other than whine about your 1st World problems.
