I was hoping for a far better experience. It took my order 5 days to deliver from the time it was shipped even though I was charged for next day delivery. Everything appears to still be edible, but the frozen items were all defrosted and thus everything needs to be eaten immediately which was obviously not the intended purpose. Some items might still need to be thrown out. I emailed the company and never received a reply. I've since done more research and found most of the items for less money and in most cases free shipping. I will not be a returning customer.

Love this company! Omg they have the best food and I received my shipments the very next day! I have ordered from other sites and paid a ridiculous amount of money with very little options to choose from. GTFO is always keeping it fresh with new products I have not heard of giving me and my family a ton of options.

This is the first review I think I've ever written for a company. Ever. But, here I am guess, after the most chaotic delivery situation I've ever experienced. I'll spare too many gory details, but I too was charged $30 for overnight shipping only to get it a week late. The company has zero consistent standards for how customer service is run, and I give them six months tops before they inevitably fold. It was absolutely incredible stuff, from the constant typos in order numbers to the third party delivery app that absolutely does NOT function. Food was good though.

There're a lot of food for vegans and this is really cool! I found this store and I was exited to do my first order.The thing that really attracted me were vegan shrimps and another cheese brands which I haven't seen before.
So, the bad thing is a delivery. I purchased many items and I was surprised about 20$ for delivery (On-Trac 1 day) what was too expensive but then I found I could pick a day and I chose Monday.(I placed order on Friday).
I didn't receive that on Monday and the status was processing. I contacted the customer service and they told me they will shipping today.
Then in the end I got my order on Thursday 4 days later. I had plans to make a dinner for my friends but it failed.
It's doesn't make sense! Just ridiculous… 20$ and that is a nonsense to be able to choose a delivery date if it comes too late.
Also I got a different item what I expected. I put photos from their web site and what I got.

I'd just point out that customer service was responsive.
Idk if I want to place order from this store again.

I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but my roomate is and she orders from this website. I decided to have some as the reviews claimed it was very healthy. She had vegan drumsticks and bacon which was pretty weird but damn, it tastes very good. Obviously the exact same doesn't come but it is very close to it. Would recommend non-vegans to try it as well just because it tastes wonderful
