I can only reiterate what Rachel at domestic cleaning has already said exactly the same happened to me.
Steer clear of this company and don't get ripped off like me and Rachel obviously did.

I joined this company bk in feb after they approched me saying they could give me a better deal than i had with 02. I changed my mind and asked to cancell and wss told id be charged 3yrs contract so basically was told i couldnt cancel after only 2days. Everything was ok for 6months then they tried to take 拢175 from my bank? I called them and said it was my bill after only paying 拢44 a month i found it strange so called 02 who was the provider. I was told i was being charged 拢93 for a buisness share 2000 chip that i hadnt asked for and didnt realize i had also an additional 拢17 for a further chip to which both hadnt been used or explained why i had got these chips and the chip i was actually using was only 拢34 a month. I had been sent these extra chips without me asking without me being explained what they was for 02 said i wouldnt of knowed until the discounts had came off that i had to pay for these extra chips. I had been decieved i couldnt believe it i called the company explaining what had happened but was told i had to pay the bill i did pay the first bill and they gave me 拢75 towards the bill however that meant i was paying 拢100 pound each month for one contract phone. Im a self employed cleaner and just about get by i havnt the need for the extra chips and didnt wouldnt of asked for them i was bullied into the contract and now after 17yrs of keeping my mobile phone on line have been switched off. Never Never have i been treated so poorly absolutely disgusting when im trying to earn a living and as i suffer with depression and anxiety has made my health deteriate i choose to work has it helps me but now iv been left in debt and carnt see a way out because of this company. Why Why do this to someone who is trying her hardest to get by absolutely disgusting company even the director what a load of bullies and dishonest people they have working for your company . AVOID! We joined Gteq on a 3 year contract under the agreement that they would provide a consistent phone and broadband service. From the start, we were often unhappy with the quality of both services, with the company often trying to push responsibility for solving problems elsewhere. At one point they cut off our services complete based on incorrect information about our business without informing us that they were going to. When we finally had enough of as we had a barely functioning broadband and with Gteq blaming our equipment, we changed over to BT who immediately gave us a good service (the problem was not our equipment). Despite all of the issues we encountered with Gteq's service, they still chose to bill us fairly extortionately til the end of the contract (again, without warning us that they were doing this). I suggest you save yourself some trouble and go elsewhere…

After joining on the understanding it was a 'no minimum term contract', and then paying two months up front as deposit I quit after 2.5 years and got a 拢780 bill through the post. No explanation, it was marked as 'other'.
I offered them a month's contract fee as settlement, it got reduced to 拢540.
I offered, by recorded delivery, settlement for 拢45, inc cheque, they cashed the cheque and then today, three months later, dropped the final demand to 6 months' line rental at 拢270. (The 拢45 was not taken off the final demand!)
I have now reminded them that they accepted my offer when they cashed the cheque. See what the reply is in another 3 months.

When we started our relationship with Gteq everything was pretty good. We have now been with them for two years plus. The big let down with Gteq is the level of service after you have signed the contract. The service guys are nice enough when you speak to them, but they have no idea how important quick turn around times are to small businesses like ours. We constantly have to spend time chasing them up to solve the smallest of problems which is a real ball ache. Would I place another order with them? Based on their rates yes, on their service definitely not

Was in a 3 year contract with this telephone company for 3 telephone lines with broadband. As the contract was ending I decided to move my contract elsewhere and got the transfer through 7 days earlier than expected. Gteq solutions decided to charge me 拢50.00 plus vat per line for being 7 days early leaving my contract, this totalled 拢180.00. They did not contact me to tell me I would be charged this till after the service has been changed otherwise I would have got the other company to hold off for a week.
I contacted them to dispute this and query why I wasn't informed of this astronomical charge beforehand. I was told they didn't need to inform me as I had agreed to their terms and conditions (3 years ago and it was verbal terms and conditions. Who remembers a conversation 3 years later). I tried to compromise with them over the charges and agreed to pay call charges and line rental until the contract end date but was told pay up or go to court.
Spoke to them a few times and was told they were looking into it, next thing a county court summons comes through the post with more charges on. Just to put an end to it I have paid them in full including court fees. Be warned this company has no morals, will not compromise and don't inform you of anything until it's too late. I hope they are pleased with themselves for getting the money that was outstanding even if it was unjust.
