Gtechniq

Not a good company to work with. Sluggish customer support when you have an issue and the coatings are terrible. They do make great drying towels that I recommend. However, I wouldn't recommend working with the company long term due to issues with warranty failure from the company.

Gtechniq Exo and Crystal Serum Ultra fail very quickly(~1 year after installing). They lose their water repelling properties. You also get tons of mineral spots if you're not surgically careful. I lightly talked to the company about their products and others who were having similar issues but they didn't do anything about it.

Their spray wax is very good though.

Ordered my hedge trimmer at six-o-clock one evening and it arrived the following morning. Just tried out this hedge trimmer very impressed really easy to use and no more climbing up ladder at my age….most impressed

Have been using their products for car detailing for many years now and they are simply top notch.

After persevering a few months of using this heavy weight hand held awkward GTECH MULTI, so called a lightweight with a switch had to be held on. We have two friends who also purchased one of these machines before we did and that was the time we had been sold what seemed to be an obsolete model outdated by another machine mainly with a latch able switch, which on trying one of theirs found it made a lot of difference.
So we sent an email outlining our thoughts which caused a response by phone, which was we thought was waffle and requested a swap of machines but this brought an offer of a new one with a discount of 拢20, which as we had spent 拢300 already on their equipment we declined also we have had to unsubscribe from their web site which we did not wish and agree to. So thanks Mr. Grey.

I recently had the sad task of making a negative complaint about the customer service I received after placing an order for 2 products. I am now happy to report that my complaint has been dealt with in a polite and efficient manner which gives me a more positive view of GTECH customer support.
I have always had a 5* opinion of their products and I am pleased to say this is now match by their service.

I used these products on my pride and joy (Audi TT at the time of writing) and no other brand comes close.

The names of the items can be a bit confusing but you soon get used to them. Pete at Gtech is especially friendly and helpful. Items are alwats dispatched quickly and there is also a forum you can visit (detailing world) or just email them and they are more than willing to give application advice.

If I could afford a Supercar then I'd still be wanting to use Gtech items as they are super products.
