They changed their betting rules without letting anyone know 鈥?not even the customer service people who answer the phone know the rules have changed. This is an intentional, willful act of FRAUD! Of the 5 people I first talked to, 3 of them supervisors, I got 4 completely different stories on rule changes. I even got 3 different stories on when they MIGHT refund my deposit. This company is so efficient they send an email confirmation with explicit details of every wager to each bettor. Yet they intentionally fail to email their customers announcing when they change the rules. Then, upon reading the new rules, the syntax of the English grammar is so convoluted it isn't comprehensible enough for a PhD in journalism 鈥?or even an attorney 鈥?to read and understand. So now, although they received my deposit INSTANTLY, they say the refund of my deposit is going to take 12 BUSINESS days to refund 鈥?THREE WEEKS to refund a deposit they received and credited to my account immediately.
