have posted previously re this company ….. they seem to have multiple avenues here.
First and only post was 23 days ago …… to which they replied with the same generic c&p message offering me to contact their support dept.
Which I did and they still havent replied.
Seems how they treat customers in their online game is no different to when a formal complaint is aired.
– they lie
– no customer support
– no credibility
– fraudulently take money without delivering promised goods

They also use in game mods as their excuse for a "support line"
This company is never the face of its problems.
And if a problem becomes too difficult they just ignore it …..
Plenty of other platforms for this sort of game …… i recommend you search for them.
