i personally love the game and the potential in it but sadly the user here are right, the customer support is a pure nightmare. bugs everywhere and developer that dont seem to care. new items permamently as to repair bugs…. pity but i agree if you like to spend money do it elsewhere….

Heres the deal, your playing with Chinese Bots planted in guilds to encourage you to spend. They lie about geographical location. If you think your playing with like minded gamers your wrong. You are being fooled and robbed Plain and simple.

A company with little to no respect for its community and players. A cash-grabbing machine issuing ever more new products to buy (presenting them as "presents" or "gift offers"…) but doing very little to offer a correct gaming experience and updates that are not riddled with bugs. Localisations are clearly rushed and done by people who have no context nor coherence, thus creating lots of problems with approximative translations, and permanent inconsistencies… And to conclude on this already quite unappealing depiction, the customer service is absolutely awful, provides barely any help at all, hides behind fake excuses not to fix problems, when it doesnt simply IGNORE the CS tickets sent by players…

Can you please add coda shop in your recharge option because some players have inconvenience and can't recharge like me I can't recharge I don't have any option to top up, coda shop is the most trusted for top ups.

so I am a F2P in GoT, been playing for over a year made play progress for a F2P and i have even beaten some players that pay to have strong commanders and what not. but as most of the people say there are those that just have too much power and you will never really catch up. the game gets dual really quick if you f2p since your progress is super slow and it takes forever to get some of the higher level research done. overall it just takes up way too much time and after you do the daily tasks there isn't much to do. graphics are bad, glitches, and they really value the pay to play players clearly. someone i was playing with was hacked by one of the larger players in the game and they posted some of their personal info and made a threat to them when this was reported they didn't do anything at all, since the other player was a big spender. that person should have been banned at the very least. overall game is pretty bad, i wasted too much time with it as is sadly.

This site is a Scam which has an extremely poor customer service (saying deleting accounts is something they do not do) (refusal of players rights), money grabbing (extortion), This site is unsafe and illegal no one should join up as GTArcade should be banned for false advertising, unethical rights procedures, and unsafe for all ages.

Assistence is very useless. Agent C K never solves problems or archive directly the tickets. He is unsuitable for the public

There is bad communication between this Publisher and their Rangers of Oblivion Dev team.
This company does not care to collect feedback from its community. Their events lack likable content due the lack of attention and care for its community and the feeback from their players.
Discord Moderator and Website Support contact lack the knowledge and care for their players.
Their game client contact is imcomplete, missing textures, character voices, incorrectly content applied, character messages with issues like not applying the player's character skin tone.

Graphics is beautiful, but game finds millions ways to waste your time and it is unplayable unless you are a masochist. So many downtimes, broken and half finished features, non existent support and with such prices for paid features it almost looks like money laundering venue than real game intended for actual gaming experience. There is many high quality games out there I am surprised anyone even plays this. Avoid.

It was worth it in the first 2 weeks, easy to play and relatively fast to level up, but I got scammed the second time I spent real money for an event. I have sent a ticket and multiple replies hoping for a followup but gets the same response every week – "action will be taken", "it is still under investigation", "give you a followup soon"
Note, this problem occurs on 26th August 2020, is it really hard to return 500 Gold (100 HKD) when the support replied 2 hours after it was reported?

Well this game is good but there are cheats who don't do Tycoon enough to have what they have and they spend not enough on the xserver or single server to get all what they get before the tycoon was over once ahe activated a home angel takes 80 shards like I spent on the tycoon for this and enough to get extra shards but she didn't spend all that much anyway she activated the home angel and had it to 5 stars mega strength not possible because i have only 13 shards of this and since have not got anymore and she wasn't even in the top 3??….. THIS GAME IS LOADED with cheats company players trying to make ppl pay too much $$$$$$$ for what a Angel made of pixels come on guys give back to the players and make it cost efective so all can enjoy this game is just a RIPPOFF.

Customer support is non existent unless you spend US$4500 for VIP. So know that before spending.
The thing that got me really thinking was that they started charging VAT/GST on their purchases which isn't applicable for low $ purchases so we can only assume they were charging taxes and pocketing the money. Play for free or walk away.

Customer support is utter crap, spending most of you time being told your report has been sent in what seem's a very long chain of people to finally reach the dev's themselves. The only time they are fast in replying is if you have problems recharging the rest of the time they can't be bothered. You spend your money only to get bug's in game, you purchase item's that should give you a helping hand to progress, only to find that the higher the tier of item the less they drop.The solution to all problem's is to start another server and spend all your money again, to get the same outcome is there answer to everything. Just a money hungry company! no respect for there gaming community.

Omg, after paying US$3k i still cant get customer service and they are illegally adding a tax surchage (GST) that doesn't even apply and pocket the money.
Do not expect customer service, do not expect a fraud free gaming experience.

Ok this is funny. Almost every review seems to be written by the company. The game is ok for what it is. I am addicted to it but am honest about what it is. Its a shameful cash grab that constantly solicits you for money. It is so shady that there are obviously player/employees that disrupt the status qou to suck money out of you. I doubt this review will make it to posting.

They're always giving great support when it comes to issues and bugs regarding their game. Really worth spending and investing in this game.

The best thing here is me and my cousin enjoys playing SSA Kotz when we were trying to challenge each other through PvP after upgrading our saints to be stronger. Also, their games help us to overcome our bored feeling due to this pandemic thing happening.

ATTENTION: when the cancellation of the account is requested, they reply that it is impossible to do so, therefore all your personal data remains in their servers and databases, even when you no longer want to play and this is a SERIOUS VIOLATION OF PRIVACY.
