Ordered a GLOCK 23 Used, the Sales Peron told me they were in Very Good Condition some had Never been Issued. Said Night sights on the Used Weapons were removed when they Arrived at GT Distributors since they could Not guarantee Them That if I ordered Night Sights they would Be Brand New Night Sights. When the GLOCK arrived it had OBVIOUS Holster Wear and Had not been cleaned since last fired. Surface RUST on the Bottom of the Barrel at Slide, Shocked to see Surface Rust on any gun shipped out to a Customer, Shoddy Quality Control. Condition At Best was Good NOT Very good, The Night sights were Obviously the ones Issued with this Weapon had Grime all over and Holster Wear, NOT NEW as Promised and Paid For. Sent two Emails to Customer Service Zero Response. Buyer Beware if it is Not new Don't believe a word of the Sales Pitch. My Fault Entirely for Trusting a Company I had Never Purchased From, DONT make the Same Mistake

I bought 2 Glock over the weekend only bummer was i missed the fed ex pick up til monday so i had to wait til monday for them to ship but got em in 2 days like promised (and they looked great cant wait to get to range) i dealt with a Aaron in customer service (as i was told that there's a Aaron that works there as well I'm sure hes a nice guy as well) but he was very knowledgeable about the products made placing the order very easy over the phone as i still like to talk to a human when buying things so just wanted to give Aaron a shout out for awesome customer service its almost non existent nowadays

Placed order, got a reply email stating that order was received. Called a week later to inquire about order, advised it had been placed on back order; should have received an email, but never got one. Called two weeks later because still had not received product and sales department said no deliveries will be made until June 2010. Bad customer service. Should have sent email to notify of back order.
