I bought my son a whistler coat at the end of last year. Since then the pocket has come away from the main part of the coat. I rang customer services who asked for photographs of the faulty coat and they have sent me a returns label to AMSTERDAM! and the carrier is UPS renowned for it鈥檚 poor service. A refund will only be given if the quality control department agree it鈥檚 faulty.
I hope this is a warning to anyone thinking of buying an item online from Gstar.

I bought a jacket from the gstar jacket have problem the furr is coming out from jacket i try to chase them for many days they ask for proof of purchase i give it them they ask for faulty item picture i give it them i even send them a video that fur is coming out from jacket after all this i finally get the reply from that they investigate the item so i have the send the item they will investigate the item if they found it faulty then they will give me gift card and the jacket i want they dont have in stock i dont know what i am going to do with gift card thank you so much gstar and thanks to me that i waste all money for nothing i will get the gift card i will not get the same jacket i want just because its their fault the item is faulty

I ordered from G-Star in December for a Christmas present. Unfortunately they use UPS as their courier which are the worst delivery provider in Ireland! Although it鈥檚 UPS issue I never received my order and only today 22nd January 6 weeks later I鈥檓 left with no order and only now issued a refund. What disappoints me from GStar is the really bad customer service. I contacted numerous times requesting for my order to be resent and not even a response. I went in today to reorder following refund and the product is no longer available. And they are still using UPS!!!! Very poor customer service

cheap over priced Chinese manufactured denim, horrible customer service. Don`t waste your money

Ahead of the game. I adore this brand; they are one of the first companies to openly and proudly engage sexy environmentalist practices (a collection collaboration with Pharrell that used plastic bottles found in the ocean whirlpool dead zone) … their denim has tons of tiny details and is designed to fit modern, bucking the stereotype that Eco is frumpy. I love what they stand for and that they don't shy away from talking about it in store and on their labels.

Excellent in every way. Great products and great quality. This is backed up with the best customer service in this field.
