Reviews are mostly useful when things go wrong and the the company customer's service kicks in. I've bought a phone around 8 months ago. A few months after the phone started developing some display issues. I decided to contact them about warranty and was told I should contact the brand. All this to find out that it was only covered by LG. .. Taiwan. Next, contacted them back and they said they'd sort it out. Phone sent… arrived on the 17th of December. After numerous emails stating things like "we'll check the status and will be back to you" and "can't comment on reason why it's delayed" I STILL DON'T HAVE IT BACK. After confronting them with a 2 weeks expected time for repair I got told it typically takes 4-6 weeks to get it repaired. Well, it's now on the 7th week… and no sign of it.
I'd think twice before buying a phone from them. It's pretty much the same as buying from a company from Hong Kong. I really really regret the extra 30 or so pounds I've saved compared to having it bought on Amazon.

So far the order process seems to have been very simple. Not much more to say until we receive the order…

Having checked LTE compatibility, I bought a Samsung S4 Mini. It was delivered fine – good service. However, it won't work on 4G and my original email asking for help was lost. GSMNation have now come back to me and obviously do care about customer service. I'm hoping we can resolve the problems. It's hard for me to give higher than a 3-star at this stage – I'll update when the issues are finally resolved.

I called the customer support, got routed to someone in the U.S. which did not sound like a call centre which concerned me quite a bit. If the reviews are to be believed then maybe this is just the way business should work these days……

Still sceptical………will re-post review if my experience is bad.

Great experience – awaiting my new Galaxy S5. Only one minor gripe is the shopping backet can not be modified easily enough.
