I sent my phone to GSM for repair (via courier) which was they received by GSM on 3/7/15. After which I've contacted them numerous times to see if they had got it and ask them when I could expect it back. Each time it took a while for them to reply but they finally admitted they couldn't find in on 28/7/15.

Since then I have provided POD as proof that it has been delivered to the correct address along with the signature of the person who accepted the good at their end but they have just ignored me which only leads we to believe that they have actual LOST my PHONE and don't wont to do anything about it. I have sent numerous emails but they have not responded to any of them since 31/7/15. I have also tried to call them but its always an answer machine. I left messages for them to call me back but they never ever called me back either!

I am really upset and totally disappointed with the way they have treated me. I can honestly say I have never been treated so POORLY as a customer. I have been without my phone for nearly two months now and I am out of pocket 拢400 and they don't seem one bit bothered which is totally unacceptable. I have took advice and it looks like the only way I will be able to get my money back is by taking them to a SMALL CLAIMS COURT so BEWARE before dealing with this company!

I found phones on this site for hundreds of dollars and there variety not so good but I found same phones on the Ali.from or ever buying.net sites for alot cheaper

This is my first experience to buy unlocked phone from GSM Nation. Great site and great price with easy user interface

Phone arrived ok and quick. All started a month and a bit latter when phone became faulty and I found there is no UK warranty repairs and it will be send to Samsung somewhere else in a world. I haven't got a phone for a month now and repair is nowhere near the end… as they only received phone in their "Logistic department" and repair somewhere else in a world by Samsung can take up to 4 weeks to be completed. Better buy phone from [external reference] at least they care for their reputation not like GSM nation…

I bought HTC One M8 Gunmetal Grey (open box) from GSM Nation's online store. Even though it was open box, phone was unlocked in brand new condition without any physical damage, scratches or signs of wear.

I'm extremely happy with my decision to buy the phone from GSM Nation.

I even got extra wall charger and rubberised HTC case free with the box.

From day one, the experience and customer service has been awful. First got an email to say the iphone had been shipped. It hadn't. After phone calls, they admitted it was out of stock. Then got an update to say it would be with me on Monday. It wasn't. Finally arrived after a week (instead of 2 days) opened the package to find that the My daughter couldn't put in her registration details because The phone kept freezing. Then phoned up to ask for a refund. They said they would send an email with all the details for me to send back. The email didn't arrive. I phoned back and was told to wait 10 minutes. It still didn't arrive. I am at my wits end with them, I do not have confirmation that they will refund and am stuck with a dodgy phone. Avoid this company. 15/10/14 – I am posting this update in response to the comments from GSM nation below as there seems to be no other way to do this. Actually, I was the customer. I ordered the phone, I paid for it, I dealt with all the problems directly myself. Yes, the phone was a present for my daughter. But I am still the customer. It is me GSM had an contract with. My main gripe was that although they were nice people on the phone, I wasn't always told the truth. To say a phone has been shipped when it is not even in stock, is not honest. To say that an email has been sent when it hasn't is also not right. It felt like they wanted to get rid of me rather than truly sort the issues I was raising. And yes, the phone did not function properly, it was very very slow, which should not happen with a new phone. I think if GSM nation were interested in good and bad feedback, they should respond to positive comments as well as negative and shouldn't phone customers up (as they did with me) asking them to change their review

I placed my order and my phone arrived 38 hours later – pretty good for a journey from the US east coast to south London in the UK.
Prior to ordering I asked a couple of questions via email and they replied positively within an hour.
They seem to be a "small" very friendly company and are available for on-line "chat" if you need further information or are experiencing problems.
I regard them as a trusted supplier therefore I have passed their name & URL to family and friends.
