I have a bad experience with them. Initially I broke the lcd screen of my lumia 1020. Got it repaired with them on 13.12.2014. they replaced with a new original nokia lcd screen.
It was working fine for a month, then suddenly the screen got frozen and the touch screen wasn't working any more. Since I have the guarantee with them for the replaced lcd screen, I went to the shop on 17.01.2015. they told me that this problem will not be covered in the guarantee since they claimed it was a physical damage to lcd screen. they blamed that I dropped my phone and so the screen got frozen or stuck. I couldn't convince them that it was a software problem. the funny part was the service personal suddenly started speaking to me in dutch, although she was speaking good english with me in the beginning. Finally their only solution was to replace the lcd screen with a new one.

I came home and did a hard reset. now MY PHONE IS WORKING PERFECTLY FINE.
