Gsm Activate

We had been having problems with our Intercom which had been supplied and fitted by a local gate company and who were very unhelpful in rectifying the problem. In desperation we contacted the manufacturer GSM Activate to seek some help and advice and spoke to Adam. He was most helpful and great to deal with. With his expert help, the problems have now been resolved. The customer service we received was second to none. We would definitely recommend them.

I Bought the GSM-Activate gate opener I had a few problems, so I contacted the team at GSM-Activate and they were so helpful in putting right the problems, it鈥檚 a brilliant bit of kit & so easy to program, plus if you do have a problem the after sales help is fantastic, unlike the rubbish I used to have the 5024 gate opener made in China, so buy British and buy with confidence.

I tested this GSM activate device and it works well for the time being. Explanations were clear even for a French man from Southern France and the box looks robust. Thank you very much.

5 Stars if the relais 2 is switchable trough phone call and not only with SMS.

Have purchased several Gsm items for Gate openers and garage door control systems and have found GSM- Activate have been able to supply to our needs.

Product is good and the technical support very willing and able, however, sending units out without or with the wrong manual, is not helpful, and pulls the score back to 3 stars

Always a great service & after-sales service as well.

Great product although faulty on delivery. Quickly found by tech support as the piggy back board not installed correctly. Once reinstalled correctly worked perfectly. Telephone tech support first class so would not hesitate to recommend as any company can have a problem and it's how they respond and sort which is vital.

I recently burnt out the relay and connector on my auto-dialler (I hadn't allowed for the startup current on the water pump I was switching). Bob explained what I had done wrong, and repaired it for a very reasonable 拢25. Adam even sent me a replacement enclosure without quibble or charge when I found a crack in the old one (who knows when it happened.). Outstanding service, and well worth paying a premium vs Chinese equivalents on eBay.

I had this switch fitted today for a holiday home, to bring the central heating on a couple of hours before I get there. There is no WiFi in the house, so the SIM card, GSM operated switch was a brilliant option for my purposes. It works even better than I anticipated. I can bring just the heat, or just the hot water on by just a simple text. It automatically sends a text every few weeks to stop the number/SIM card transpiring. It can be locked to only certain numbers for access control, and I can integrate it for a status report to ensure I'm not running the heating system unnecessarily. I'm short, it's brilliant!!! Highly recommended.
