I always love working with this company. Kinda seemed sketchy at first but the quality is unbeatable. Everything has been on time, the customer service has always been fantastic. Everyone asks me where I go to get my pins made and I send them here.

Vivian was a great help as some minor tweaks were suggested to get the most out of our pins. My book club loves them.

I ordered specialty pins and from the moment I started shopping to the moment of delivery. Bella the designer was beyond helpful. She helped guide me through my purchase, was very quick to respond to emails, kept me posted on the status and even checked in with how satisfied I was after receiving. I was also impressed with the quick turnaround considering it was a very specific specialty order. Thank you. I love my pins and they have brought a smile to everyone that I have given them to.

Overall the Rep I dealt with, Bella, was extremely helpful and met every request I had. The only issue that I encountered is the time zone difference between us. When I called your customer service line a rep in California answered and could not provide much assistance due to not being familiar with the project. Overall, I was very pleased with Bella who I worked with on this project.

I am really happy with the communication I had with my customer service agent, Lucy. All the designs turned out really great and really amazing turn over times. I am highly impressed by both Lucy and the designers. I inquired months back and Lucy was even helpful then. I will definitely return for more designs later.

I love this company. They are so easy to work with and I am always happy with the product when it gets in my hand! Customer service is on point. For best communication, you need to email at night because we are on 2 total different time zones

I am very disappointed in the late delivery. We ordered them for a convention that we have every year. We took a chance on your company and lost. Even when we called to check on status we were told it would arrive via fedex friday before convention. That was untrue. We received them Monday after convention.

PVC Velcro Patch – Good communication through email and prompt sample image. Not the best quality in the world but for the price and what it is, you cant find a better company. Would recommend.
