Big SCAM , they don't paid back , even the withdraw buton isn't working. They have also juridical procedure with investor for this (see ARMADA grupeer).
Grupeer is owned by Alla Kisika and managed by herself and her brother Andrejs Kisiks. Alla also owns Finsputnik Platforma and part of Primo Invest, two of the loan originators on the platform. Grupeer's former COO Vladislavs Filimonovs was likely aware of at least some problematic practices. People from related loan originators may also be involved.

Grupeer used to have a staff of a few dozen people, mostly working from an office in Riga.
What's wrong?

During March 2020, most of Grupeer's staff was laid off. Since around March 18th, new withdrawal requests were no longer processed.

Investors, some loan originators, and even Grupeer's own staff members, have not been able to receive any relevant response from Grupeer's management. Instead, the management has released several blog posts excusing delays as a result of the coronavirus outbreak, and announcing the discontinuation of regular operations.
