I had previously ordered a few items from this site, and had been generally very happy with the items. I recently ordered an item, which when delivered was a completely different item to what I had ordered. I requested that they send me a returns label, so I could return, but was told I had to pay for the return postage, and they would refund me. I then asked for the original item to be sent to me when they received the item back I did not order. I was told they could not hold the item, so I had to pay for it again if I wanted it, which I did. I returned the item to them, tracked, and despite them receiving the it, I can not get an answer from them regarding my refund, in fact, the exact comment from them is 鈥?..If I knew when you will receive the refund I would say to you!!!!! Be aware when returning items, and also bare in mind, this was their mistake in sending out an incorrect item.

Recently placed an order, wrong item sent.
Contacted immediately by email, 24 hours later no response. Contacted again via Instagram. Rude and dismissive attitude. Asked to send me a return label, they don鈥檛 provide, I have to pay 拢12 shipping costs to return.
Asked them to resend correct item, they said we can鈥檛 hold it you have to reorder and pay again!!!!
In the meantime I have to wait for the item to be recieved by them then they will issue a refund, which could by 2 weeks? No apology for wrong items sent.
Really not impressed particularly as I have spent the best part of 拢500 with them over the last 4 weeks.
EDIT!!!!!
A week after returned goods have been signed for by Grungemama I still have no refund!!!!!!!

The website is in three languages so there are difficulties to understand different things for people who don't know French or English.
If you make consistent orders you should pay shipment costs as well.
Customer service answers late and isn't very supportive to face problems, especially in this particular time.
Return costs are supported by the customers even if the size of the item isn't correct. Terrible experience.

Thank you so much! I love the dress and shoes! They shipped very quickly much to my surprise and delight! My only concern is the dress is slightly small. It wasn鈥檛 clear online what size 1 or 2 translates to in US sizes, so I took a chance. I鈥檓 confident I can make it work though! I will be buying again! Thanks Grungemama!
