The product is very good started off taking 1 to ease into the 4 caps dose as bloating can be an issue. The full dose is where i notice the full benefits bowels emptying more regulary digesting food way easier able to eat more calorie dense foods without feeling full and bloated. These im sure will be great with a caloric deficit.
