This service is good if you don't have time to cook or just wanna order out and don't want to go and pick up the food. The problem with this service is the minimum of $10 you have to spend to use this service and the delivery fee. so you end up sending on average of $16-$20 with is too much for me to want to spend. I never use this service very often because of the $10 minimum and delivery fee. GrubHub needs to get rid of the $10 minimum and delivery fee. Some of us don't wanna pay delivery fee and have to spend $10 at the minimum.

Buyer beware, refunds were promised, but the charges showed on my credit card. Will dispute with the credit card company, but very untrustworthy, and will never use again.

Ordered two items (both soup, so something already prepared) at 1:30PM. Was told expect delivery between 2:05 – 2:20pm. Then it was moved up to 2:45pm, then 3:05p. Then 3:30pm, then got at text saying 3:55pm. Called and cancelled. I am a first time user and NEVER AGAIN.

They never call me to let me know to go outsideto get my food since there's no parking on my street. They always text & you can't text back. I've dealt with this twice now delivery people stealing food.

waited over a hour for food gave driver instructions how to deliver my food 5 times. he refused to come into the building. I had 50.00 worth of food and was helping a grandmother with three kids waiting to eat. after 20 minutes of going back and fourth with him he left with the food. I called and reported him. they refunded my money back but refused to give me credit me anything for having to reorder and wait another hour for delivery. I had children waiting to eat.
