We did an order today at the office and did not receive our food. GrubHub offered FIFTY PERCENT only back. Are you serious? The driver probably ate our food, got paid AND got a tip. Crappiest service/customer service EVER. Save your money and use a better service like Waiter Express or Uber Eats. Seriously not worth the pain and agony… they STOLE OUR MONEY. I rate them at -10/5 stars.

This app is one of my all time faves! As a college student this app/website is super convenient and easy to use. Lots of options, never any problems and customer-friendly.
