GIY is the best grow media shop in the south of England I鈥檝e been to many as I like to try different places and live on the coast, I find this shop by far my favourite with the amount of stock and knowledge They can give You. They Have very friendly staff and a good atmosphere In the shop. SHOP GIY……..

Great shop professional service. Always stocked up has everything you need for horticulture and hydroponics. Phoned up for abit of knowledge and they went above and beyond to answer all my questions, solving all my problems I had. Thanks for help lads.

This company has a habit of advertising items that they do not keep in stock and then trying to hold on to your money. At this time they are refusing me a refund for an item that they do not have. They have tryed to push a different item on me which i have refused but a week later i still dont have my money back. Go and look at the google reviews for this company and you find that they do this to other people aswell. I cant see any situation wher ethey get to keep the money so all they are doing is causing me inconvenience and distress. For some reason the website doesnt link properly so i have written it here again for clarity.

Interestingly this companys website will not link to trust pilot…. the address is correct tho.

I would welcom a reply from this company should they wish to discuss this issue in an open forum.
