I've ordered a couple of bottles of shampoos and conditioners over two weeks ago. I missed the delivery as I was out when the delivery person tried to deliver the items. When I returned home, there was a note through my door from the delivery person that my parcel is "in the bin". When I checked the bin, the parcel wasn't there. I live on a busy road and someone must have seen the parcel being out in the bin and must have stolen it. I wrote to Grow Gorgeous twice now asking for either a refund or the products but so far no-one as responded to me and this was over a week ago. Very, VERY poor customer service even though the prices are astronomical! I will never buy from this company in the future if they won't sort thisis issue out. Very disappointing indeed.

Items arrived quickly.
Unfortunately I absolutely hate the smell…. especially the growth serum. It smells like stale cigarettes covered up with cheap perfume. Really horrid and artificial.
Also after only using it once my scalp is really itchy and sore.
For these reasons I won鈥檛 be buying again

My order number has always been included in my review, great attention to detail by the responder…. this is the service you can expect to get from these folks…. absolute crooks.

I am SO disappointed by the customer service here. I ordered one bottle of hair serum and realized i am allergic to one of the ingredients. I tried to cancel (order # 258799527) only ~3 hours after submitting the order, but it wouldn't allow me to. I emailed customer service and they are making me jump through hoops because the product was "in the dispatch process". This morning, two full days after i first asked to cancel, I get an email apologizing my product has not been shipped. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP, LET ME CANCEL!!

Stop intentionally blocking my right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days. I am incredibly upset at this treatment. HIGHLY suspicious behaviour for a company.

Order process slick. Efficient delivery. Good updates. Love the product, particularly the smell. Little goes a long way!

I ordered 3 items from Grow Gorgeous. The Density Serum, Cowash and Leave in Defining Butter. The delivery was swift, and I immediately began using the products. The Cowash is just 鈥渙k鈥?left my hair feeling a little dry. I really like the Density Serum but the stand out product is the Leave in Defining Butter. OMG, my hair LOVES this. Perfect amount or protein, moisture and hold. The only issue I have with the products is the fragrance. Kind of musky- not my fav. But let me tell you- that doesn鈥檛 matter when that cream is a one and done styler and delivers a BOMB hair day!

Lovely products and swift delivery. I love the fact the original hair growth serum comes in a glass bottle with a glass dropper, so a reduction in plastic waste as well as beautiful products. It doesn't leave your hair greasy either, which is also a win!

Horrible Customer Service! The products are overprices and not doing the job as it is promissed. I referred a friend and never got my referral credit despite they say on their website that you get 拢15 for referring a friend, it is a lie! You do not get anything, I contacted them multimple times and they keep saying to contact them again in 48 hours for an answer. It is just waste of time.

The Perfume smell is too artificial and overpowering! And I have sensitive skin I feel dry and itchy after using the shampoo, so I requested a return, I explained the issue and they asked me to provide their batch number even my photo to prove the allergy reaction. I was very cooperative and provided all of them. Then they replied they would INVESTIGATE the matter. No reply after 10 days! I messaged again. They asked for the same things again, batch number and my pictures. What kind of customer service this is! Aren鈥檛 they able to locate message history or what? Talking to their customer service is like talking to a brick wall, endless cycle! They probably are just trying everything to stop you from returning! Next I will go to my credit card company and file a chargeback. They don鈥檛 have business morals! I get why they are not available on Sephora, amazon, where you can find honest reviews and satisfactory return policy! BEWARE, DON鈥橳 BUY! There are much better hair care products elsewhere!

Since having kids my hair has gotten thinner and I鈥檇 be devastated to see how much hair I drop in the shower but since I鈥檝e started using these products I barely have any hair fall at all. I鈥檝e been using the whole set (shampoo, conditioner, serum and mask) for a month now and am very pleased especially after trying so many different products. My hair actually looks thicker too. Love it

I have only been using product for a couple of weeks and have noticed a difference in my hair already.
I have just ordered some more products via boots.

I purchased the split ends serum and found it to have a overwhelmingly strong cologne like scent. To me it smelled very masculine and was overpowering. I did not notice any major difference in how my split ends looked or felt after using this product. Overall was not impressed with this product.

I鈥檓 a woman in my forties who has had very fine hair since childhood and which is becoming a bit thin on my scalp. I have tried and tested so many different products since I was 14, from the cheapest to the most expensive – probably tried them all until using Grow Gorgeous volume shampoo and conditioner and the serum. This has worked wonders!! It took about three months to notice a difference and now everyone comments how thick my hair looks. I highly recommend their products. I use the conditioner all over my hair and I think that鈥檚 the key to building the thickness. It doesn鈥檛 make the hair greasy at all.

I use it once a week. At the moment I don鈥檛 know if it鈥檚 helping it grow down but it鈥檚 giving me so much Extra volume and really helping with the condition

Very bad experience! So far still not received my order yet, which is supposed to be arrived on/before 4th of August, 2020!!!

In Love this products I've been using it for the past 9 months and I definitely see a difference love the smell

New to the grow gorgeous haircare and I'm pleased to say I'm loving it. My hair feels so soft and looks real glossy. Will definitely be topping up

I purchased products worth 拢102.
If you spend over 拢55 you receive a free gift 馃巵.
When checkout i was entitled to 2 free gifts thickingshampoo.

Unfortunately I never received my free gifts with my order.
Contacted them via emails.
There response back to me was I wasn鈥檛 entitled to any free gifts at checkout.
Very disappointed with their customer service.
Will never purchase from them again.

Excellent really happy with the product the delievery everything finally something that actually works

I got the intense serum and mask. Second time ordering the serum. Love the smell of both of them. My hair feels super soft immediately after the mask. Quite pricey though. Poor delivery experience for the first time I ordered. (Prob due to covid) For the second time, the product arrived on time.

Same problem like our people, they put the wrong address so UPS cost additional fees to readdress. Their line is always unable to contact and no one responds. Worst customer service.

Customer service is extremely unhelpful. I haven鈥檛 received my orders since May due to the incorrect address, the package sent out to completely different state. Dealing with poor customer service for one month to issue rescheduling delivery, the result that I got after one month is that I need to contact DHL by myself for redelivery. This is insane and frustrated!
I won鈥檛 purchase it Again in the future.

Product appears to be slightly thickening my hair. I don't know if I can keep using it as the price is quite high. So far spent 拢135 on three bottles and have to admit that they are very small. When these are gone (lasts about 3.5 weeks) I will have to reconsider. Shame the price is so high

Amazing shampoo and conditioner. I鈥檝e tried every brand on the market and this is just the best. My hair is in such great condition after using this.
