Leader's has been such an upright business choice for me! I can't imagine being with any other company. They are hands-on and the most streamlined immediate responders to any issue, tho the few issues I had were from my unfamiliarity with the process. The great thing about Leader's is they are always there to give you excellent instructions when necessary!

Mostly happy I went with Leaders Merchant Services. For me and my business, saving money/hanging on to profits is the most important factor when comparing credit card processing companies. When I was shopping around, Leaders was offering the lowest rates by a long shot. There were a couple of hiccups with my order and setup, so if it wasn't for that I would have given them the highest rating overall.

Finally a card processing company that has competitive rates and low fees. And deposits from transactions hit my account quickly. The few times I鈥檝e needed to speak with customer service they鈥檝e been very professional and helpful. Thank you, Leaders!

The customer service group has responded quickly and professionally when I鈥檝e had questions and their rates are still some of the lowest in the category.

I was forced in a contract with Leader Merchant Account. I only called and inquired about the company the sales person recommend she will send me information about the company. the sales person sent me a device along with a bill. I called and she was very pushy and said I couldn't return the credit card device and I have to pay for or it was going to go on credit score. I didn't want that so I paid by check over the phone which was my fault indeed. They have been taking money out of account every for months I have put a stop payment on the this company. I will be letting that account as soon as possible. This is contract fraud from this company. Please Do not use this company services.
