Terrible service. Because of the covid-19 lockdown we couldn't use our cupons. They got expired and we can't do anything about it. The place we bought the cupons of is still closed.

The customer service agents are rude, and they just close the chat when they can't talk their way out.

Bought 4 fruit trees. Arrived top to tail in a flat box. One was ok, two were totally wilted and sad and the third had not one leaf. Looked like a stick. Add to this, they should have all been different fruits, but two are the same. Don't know if any will actually survive? Have tried 5 emails, all bar one came back no reply and that includes the customer support address they show on here in their replies. The one response I got, turned out to be groupon Canada??? Who also gave me the undeliverable address.
Still not managed to reach them as going through my account just takes me in circles, ending with frequently asked questions!!
So, Groupon Spain, feel free to tell me how to get you and NOT customer_support, which is undeliverable!

Worse service ever!
I bought 2 times a massage voucher for my friend鈥檚 birthdays and when my they tried to use it Grupon canceled saying that the provider no longer accepts it.
On top of that I tried to contact customer service and they were not even reading my e-mails properly!
Basically I lost my money, time and my friends ended up without a present from me!

Just after seeing the answer I need to state that I contacted customer service at least 10 times and they refuse to give me the money back! They made me contact my bank and even after I sent them a written e-mail form the director of the bank clearly stating that they don鈥檛 have the money, Grupon still refuses to pay me back.

A complete fraud!

Tried to buy 2 bedside tables, and a chest of drawers. HOPELESS!!
My address, which they have used before had been changed, by GROUPON and, hard as I tried, every time I corrected it, and tried to purchase, up came the RED BOX, with an error message.
I did call them waited whilst they found the gentleman who spoke English, or German, my only good languages, he told me it was a GROUPON TECHNICAL PROBLEM!!!!!, BUT, he would correct it!
We removed my Computer History, we removed my ad-blocker, we refreshed, then, everything disappeared!! I started again, from scratch, got the items back in my basket, yep, you guessed, same problem. I had, by this time, been on the telephone for over 30 minuted, and, was spitting feathers. I asked that he try to solve the problem , call me back, or, send an email. The email came, and told me that I had to sign up again, if i wanted to use GROUPON, stupid me, I did, went to my basket, and, yep, you guessed, the item had sold out!!!!!
There are other companies, I have had enough, and more, of this one.

I bought Apple EarPods and Apple USB lightning, the first what I saw is that the EarPods were dirty, the second surprise is that mic doesn't work. Comparing with my original EarPods there is some difference, not sure but seems like it is not original. Also the Lightning has some specific smell.

Bought a mattress that at first seemed way to soft, but after turning it upside down it actually works and is comfy! So decent product in the end. If it is a great deal i am not sure, but fair price for sure.

Purchased steam cleaner not working sent back with thier returns label via parcelfiorce ,received no credit or refund .
Beware as parcelforce did not give proof of pick up ,I could not prove return.
Returns just computer generated messages .

Prices are not always real, hard to get in touch with support centre. Many times special offer codes do not apply.

I purchased 5 sessions of Laser hair removal and during the first session my leg was burnt so I made a complaint to Groupon and requested a refund. It takes ages for them to reply and everytime someone different is replying so I had to write the problem many times to different people, I had to send the photos as a proof twice to different people. In the end they said they will make a compensation as groupon credits. Instead of receiving 149 euros, I only received 22 euros. I decided to contact them through their chat line to ask why I received 22 euros instead of 149 euros. I explained the problem again, the person on the line closed the chat session before solving the problem. I opened another chat page and the second person also closed the chat page when I asked if there was anyone speaking in English. Terrible experience, I will never ever use Groupon again!

Realice la primera compra hace una semana todo correcto, hoy realizo la segunda que ha sido un cup贸n de descuento, realice la compra al recibir el cup贸n no funcionaba, me puse en contacto con la atenci贸n al cliente me dijo que te帽铆a que esperar entre 2-5 d铆as para que me solucionen el problema, es decir tengo que esperar de 2-5 d铆as para realizar la compra yo. y con mucha falta de respeto me cerro el chat si m谩s!
se realizas un compra hazla con PAYPAL que al menos tienes la protecci贸n de PAYPAL y nunca con la tarjeta de cr茅dito en esta web. es una estafa total!

Ojo!No devuelven dinero.

Me he dado de baja de la newsletter en tres ocasiones a lo largo de las 煤ltimas dos semanas y a煤n sigo recibiendo publicidad.

No se puede acceder a la informaci贸n de sus ofertas, sin proporcionar antes los datos personales, eso es sospechoso de enga帽o o posible fraude…???

Conviene leer la letra peque帽a y algunas condiciones, por lo demas es muy util y conveniente
