I always love groupon. Prices are really good and goods always arrived in good time. Customer service always responsive and friendly. Everything is reliable. It's my go to website for online shopping!!

I have ordered two pairs of compression socks in size L/XL and two pairs in size S/M.
Before ordering, I asked if groupon could send both pairs in one package to pay only one shipping fee. They declined since "each package is handled separately and it is coming in separate package". (Case number: 24659454).

This was immediately untrue, since I just received them in one package, but still payed double shipping. I also only got a receipt for one of the orders.

After opening one of the pair, I tried to put it on, but I found that the fabric was immediately starting to come apart near the heel. By checking the other piece of the same pair which is completely untouched in original state, I see a big hole on the heel already in this 'new' state.

The quality of the socks are indescribably bad, they are useless.

Needless to say I request full return on groupons own expense including all shipping fees. I want a full refund.

Purchased a voucher for a yacht charter – and paid approx. 300 euro for a 1200 euro voucher. it said i was allowed to charter a yacht for one week – however they only mark up the normal rental prices with approx. 8-900 euro so your voucher is worthless!

Its been nearly 13 working days and I have not recived my package. Although in the offer it says delivery time is 5-10 working days. I have to travell tomorrow, I do not know what to do now.

Purchased a pair of slippers on 28th September 2014. Delivery time stated 10 working days. Today, 23rd October 2014 and still nothing. Under "my orders" it just states that my order is "on the way". It has stated this since the 28th September. Have phoned customer service countless times, and have sat and listened to some lovely music for up to 45 very long minutes. Curious to know the point of having a customer service number if there is nobody there to take the call. Crap company, which I will definitely NOT be using again!!

Bought two wallets from Groupon and the item havent arrived yet. Although they promised not more than 10 working days. Bought wallets just before going back to my homecountry to give them away as presents. Now I am already back in Denmark and the item is still somewhere between sender and Copenhagen. Apperently 20 days is not enough.

I usually buy a lot of stuff from websites like Groupon.dk but I never had problems. Groupon is the one to state the wrong information on the deal. In my case it said that I will receive my item in 7 days, therefore I made an order which was supposed to be a birthday present to my friend. After 9 days not getting anything I wrote an e-mail asking where is my order, and I got an answer that there was some kind of problem and I still have to wait around 11 days more! Well, even that was not truth because I am waiting 17 already and nothing happens. So, now I feel really angry and of course I had to buy something else for my friend… Just for everyone to know – don't plan and don't expect to get order on time, which is written in the website. My experience shows that instead of 7 days you can wait almost 1 month and still – no one knows WHEN the package will reach me… :))

I will personally recommend their services.

have used groupon 5-6 times. every time have i had no problem getting my product or using groupon portal.
